How have I never been to a Jersey Mike’s after all these years? After my brother-in-law told me how frequently he enjoyed their subs, I finally made a visit to this Fair Lawn location.
Since I wasn’t quite sure what to order, I chose a chicken bacon ranch sub straight off the menu and only substituted the cheese type. I’ve heard some comparisons to Subway’s, but I love that there is a hot grill here, which makes all the difference. My sub was satisfyingly full of warmed chicken, bacon, and neatly piled vegetables. The folks behind the counter work so fast that our order was ready within mere minutes, and they were quick to respond to needs. For instance, I returned to the counter to request some extra pickles, and they were so nice about packing it neatly into a cup even though I was dining in. I know chains are frequently overlooked when it comes to dining recommendations, but I’m happy to report that my husband and I had a solid meal.
This particular Jersey Mike’s is part of a larger complex. Since there are quite a few eateries (mainly chains) that share the space, parking is plentiful but can get a little tight during meal hours. Inside, the space offers plenty of seating.

I arrived right at closing but Marc was super kind and stayed open to make a sandwich for my daughter. Marc was friendly and helpful and made a delicious sandwich. Highly recommend this location – and I’ve been to many!

Fist time found a hair in my sub Second time stale old bread third time came with no peppers or onions fourth time came with no mayo or ketchup fifth time I asked them for a little extra mayo and ketchup and they loaded it with no peppers or onions just drowned it in ketchup and mayo which made it disgusting and unappetizing, honestly one of the worst Jersey Mikes I’ve been to given one too many chances just save your money and go someplace else. And how do you mess up a Philly cheesesteak on five separate occasions? Only get Jersey mikes cause it’s convient on my way to work but never again, sometimes the meat tastes old mess up your order completely ignore your requests and the meat sometimes taste cheap.

I picked this spot for lunch and ordered online. I ordered the mushroom sandwich. When I arrived I parked in the plaza parking lot. I walked in and was greeted. My food was ready but there were some things they didn’t have that I had to substitute. I retrieved them and left. When I got in I ate and the sandwich was pretty good and filling. All in all I had a good experience.

Easy to find. Decent parking. Walked into the shop, clean and friendly. I ordered a medium size tuna sandwich with lettuce, tomato, onion, extra mayo and a little bit of red pepper. The staff here is phenomenal, super friendly and attentive. The sandwich itself… not so phenomenal. The bread… not fresh, and really just a step up from wonder bread. Tuna salad itself was decent… then again, simple to make. The lettuce, wilted and brown. The tomatoes, soft and soggy. All in all, there are worse out there … however for the money I paid for this sandwich… the quality does not match. If I am really in a bind, I would return to try a deli sandwich however , there are far better out there especially in this price range.

I grew up near the original Jersey Mike’s and I’ve always enjoyed the taste of their food, despite being given unsatisfactory portions (as a vegetarian – basically, one paper thin slice of each cheese).
This location, in Fair Lawn, made the best sandwich I’ve ever had from this chain. It was my first time visiting, so I am unable to comment on consistency, but this time it was fantastic.

Wish I could give it a zero star. Ordered a sandwich and asked for ketchup, and they drowned the sandwich in ketchup!!!! Very disappointed and upsetting, couldn’t even eat my lunch from how DISGUSTING it was. 0/5 if I could because this is ridiculous. All I wanted was a little ketchup on my sandwich and they literally drown my bread in ketchup. Also on top of it they put 1 piece of ham and 1 little tiny slice of lettuce! I am very hurt and annoyed at this. Jersey mikes used to have good sandwiches but I dont know what happened
