Located on Trenton Avenue in Point Pleasant, the first Jersey Mike’s was called Mike’s Subs and situated inside a convenience store. Today, that location exists as a training center.
The subs, a name synonymous with mouth-watering sandwiches, have been a staple in the fast food industry since 1956.
Jersey Mike’s has over 2700 stores and franchises across the US, and I came to their Linden establishment off of Edgar Road (Route 1-9).
Upon entering, a clean and bright interior evokes the New Jersey shore, with beachy vibes and elements like surfboards, retro wall decor, and galvanized light fixtures. Luckily 2 patrons were in line ordering their meal.
The menu features a variety of subs, including hot and cold options, as well as salads and bowls. I decided on a mini tuna fish sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes for takeout.
The sandwich was made to order with fresh and tasty ingredients. The service was quick and the price reasonable.
I can recommend this place.

That was my first time at that Jersey Mike’s but it will not be my last. Thanks to her! I had to get her name and make this post. I came here around 4:30 P.M. there was no line and the guy who took my order was respectful and also knowledgeable when it came to the sandwich I wanted to make. This guy know game. I ordered the big kahuna chicken sandwich on the italian bread, and this thing was delicious. Maybe I’m overreacting because all I ate earlier that morning was a banana and some yogurt but it definitely tasted good. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs to get some great jersey mikes subs.

Sent my bf to get me a hot sub number 16 in particular. I literally told my boyfriend exactly how I wanted the sandwich. Which was ordered around 340 something closer to 4:00 PM today. Later, the side around 5:30 to look at the sandwich. Finding out the sandwich had onion and peppers both something I requested I did not want. They did follow how I wanted the sandwich besides Putting Provolone cheese and banana peppers As a request requested. Truly disappointed because now I’m out of $11 my boyfriend did not have the receipt so I could not drive back to the store to give them the sandwich. Truly disappointed . Usually, they write the order down so I don’t know what the mixup was

Absolutely love Jersey Mike’s! They offer a great variety of subs to satisfy any craving, whether you’re into cold subs or hot sandwiches. My go-to is always Mike’s Famous Philly — it’s packed with flavor and never disappoints. Plus, the staff always does their best to keep the place clean and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

This was the most disgusting jersey mikes that I’ve ever visited. I ordered a big kahuna cheesesteak. The meat was dry nasty and over cooked, the bread was stale and hard and there was hardly any cheese on the sandwich. There was something yellow that had the appearance of a scrambled egg. I knew the minute I walked in that my order wasn’t going to be right.
Update: I spoke with Ricardo this morning who advised me to come in with the receipt for a refund. When I got to the store another associate helped me and called the manager on the phone. I was able to sense his unprofessionalism by what he was relaying to his employee. He advised him to tell me to come back tomorrow so that he can look at the sandwich (btw: this would make the sandwich two days old! Ewww!) It wouldn’t surprise me if he wanted to scrape the meat off to use for another sandwich.. What a joke. This place is not even clean.. take a look for yourself. Jersey Mike’s should not have agreed to allow these people to open a franchise and run it like this. I’ve heard negative things about this establishment but got to see first hand. I wouldn’t feed my imaginary dog the sandwich I purchased. Smh
