I order online every time. I got a cookie last time, and holy cow, it’s ridiculously good. The brownie tastes better when it’s crunchier (I put mine in the fridge). I’ll never forget the first time some random client at my dad’s job offered me jersey Mike’s. Years ago, he changed my life. Way better than subway, I’m so glad they opened one in bloomfield, I used to go all the way to West orange.

I bought the Philly cheese steak as I always do, but when I got home to eat it I couldn’t believe how disgusting it was. It tasted like she put oil and vinegar on it. It also didn’t help that the young lady wasn’t the friendliest (heavyset, African American woman). If people are spending more than $10 for a sandwich, the least you can do is make sure it’s good and their money isn’t wasted.
And you folks need to make sure you are touching the cash register and other places with the same gloves you’re going back and forth making sandwiches with. You’d really think working in fast food was rocket science.

Asked for a number 8 and they left off what was supposed to be on the sandwich. Call just for them not to care nor resolve the issue. Also they put two onions on the sandwich. Would never spend money on there again.

Heads up place will limit items you can order before posted closing time. I got there a few minutes before closing (I work late and can’t help it) but they told me I couldn’t have any of the sandwiches warm since they cleaned the grill already. Not sure if shutting down the grill early is standard procedure, but still disappointing.

I visited this Jersey Mike’s location for the first time on Friday, February 21, 2025. I usually hold off until a second or even a third visit before posting a review, but I was so satisfied with the excellent service I received there that I did not need to wait. My favorite Jersey Mike’s is located on Prospect Avenue in West Orange, New Jersey. Jersey Mike’s Bloomfield certainly gives the West Orange location a run for its money. The service is excellent and the food is just great. Of course this review would not be complete without mentioning the one element that makes Jersey Mike’s Bloomfield the great place it is: the staff. They are all the nicest people in the world. Very polite, they treat all of their customers and each other with the utmost respect, and they all do their jobs efficiently and extremely well. The owner of Jersey Mike’s Bloomfield is named Lisa. She is a wonderful person. The manager of the shop is named Romaine. The same can be said for him as well. The second you walk in they will both greet you with big smiles on their faces and immediately make you feel welcome. I cannot recommend Jersey Mike’s Bloomfield more. A great place, with great employees who will make you a great sandwich. I can’t wait to return!
