This experience was completely unacceptable. My sister placed an order for her daughters birthday, a Giant, two Regulars, and a Mini, totaling $56.85. When she opened the sandwiches, she found multiple embedded hairs in the bread and on the meat. This is a serious food safety violation and should never happen with ready to eat food.

We called the store at 6:51 PM to report the issue and the call was disconnected in the middle of the conversation. We called again at 6:59 PM. We were told the order was refunded, but when we asked for a confirmation number, the call was disconnected again. There was no professionalism, no accountability, and no effort to properly address the situation.

This was a child’s birthday order, and instead of enjoying the meal, we were dealing with contaminated food and repeated hang ups. Multiple hairs embedded in food raises major concerns about sanitation and how food is being prepared.

Management needs to take this seriously and address both hygiene standards and customer service immediately. This level of carelessness is unacceptable.

I wasn’t too impressed with the steak and cheese. I love a good one—especially when you can add bacon and all the extras—and while the bread was amazing, the sandwich itself didn’t quite hit the mark.

I’ve had other sandwiches here before, and they were really good, so maybe this was just an off day. Overall, the staff were friendly and the place was clean. I’ll definitely be back to try something else!

Also, I’m a photographer—feel free to follow me on Instagram: @mr.3verything

Prices have gone up considerably while service is still somewhat mediocre. Sandwiches also have gone down hill big time. I suggest you find a local place such as the Little Pub down the road in Old Greenwich instead. Amongst all, the quality and prices here with along with their customer service, is now considered in my book as low as a dump station. Would never order again from them

Good for on the fly fix but I would deliberately make a point of it. Much better options like Sals and Milano in the city. Id say it’s a better quality product than Subway but again I wouldn’t make a point of walking more than 4 blocks

Philly cheese steak was superb..clean seating…glad they replaced that pastry shop. Too bad they don’t toast their bread, besides that, good place to eat and skip the lines at the other restaurants in this street

$20 for a philly cheese steak. The meat is fine, nothing amazing nothing bad. But there’s very little of it. They get the T-rex arms when it comes to putting a helping of meat on a sub…. that costs $20. And I’m not in an airport or at a sporting event. Prices are way too high. Also i think the bread crust flakes off too easily.

Horrible service! The lady taking orders at the sandwich station got my order wrong & proceeded to disrespect me! I honestly feel as if she is racist. Stay away from this location as this is by far the worse experience I’ve had at a Jersey Mikes establishment.
