They have poor customer service and they have to be told to change gloves between touching surfaces and making sandwiches! Also if the customer asks for a sandwich to be prepared a particular way, they should do just that and not argue with the customer. They didn’t even put out new lettuce when fixing sand

The subs are delicious, but half the time they just ignore the instructions for your order. I always ask to add peppers to my sub. More often than not it’s ignored. I’ve emailed them about it and they’ve said they’ll try to do better, but here I am again missing this ingredient that’s crucial to my order. These subs are not cheap, and it’s really not asking too much for them to consistently execute a simple request like this. PLEASE DO BETTER.

Wasn’t acknowledged when I walked in for order pickup. I had to ask one of the other workers for assistance as the one doing the pick up orders didn’t even acknowledge I was there. Order was supposed to be ready at 12:03. I arrived at 12:07 and my order wasn’t ready until 12:27. I understand that the time is an estimate but 20 minutes is insane especially when you have people coming for break. That is the point of order ahead. People were coming in and ordering and walking out with their sandwiches while me and a few others were still waiting for our pick ups.

I want to preface this by saying I’m really really picky about deli meat. I NEVER eat it. However, after having surgery this week , this just sounded good so I tried it. I was actually blown away by how good this was. The meat was fresh, not slimy like most deli meat is and they were very very generous with toppings. The person working was super nice and patient and took his time making the sandwiches. I was impressed by how clean it was too. This was more of a good deli feel as opposed to a chain sandwich place. Thank you for making my horrible day so much better. ❤️

Jersey Mike’s in Shelton, sandwiches are always super fresh and made to order, even in a bowl without bread. Gluten free bread and dessert available. I always use the convenient app, order and my food is waiting at the front of the counter. Staff is friendly and smiling every visit. Kids menu available too. So glad they are nearby.

Ordered ahead via the Jersey mikes mobile app. Arrived at the store about 20 minutes after I ordered (within the estimated time window) My order wasn’t ready, after talking with one of the associates they said it was going to take another 20 minutes. I left, ran an errand and came back about 30 minutes later and it still wasn’t ready. In total it took about 55 minutes from order placed to receiving food. Seems like there are many issues from this location with time to make food.
Here is where the story gets interesting, I complained via the app, more to let the mgt team know and I reccieved the worst response I’ve ever received from a major chain. To summarize the response was sorry for your issue, in the app are only estimations and it’s not our fault….

Truly a cut above the rest. So happy to have a Jersey Mike’s nearby now! Have been to this location several times since they opened. Service is always fast and friendly. The #13 Mike’s Way with mayo is the way to go!

I usually go tho the Milford location but tried the new Shelton location… I’m not happy with the sandwich #13. Everything else was just fine but I DO NOT NEED AN ENTIRE CONTAINER OF MAYO ON MY SANDWICH. Go back to training and figure it out please. Remember failure starts at the top, Manger good job letting my sandwich out of your store. I won’t be back.
