Spotless. Delicious fresh heaping mounds of meats. Crisp vegetables. Soft bread (unless you like toasted). I can not choose a favorite sub, you just have to go back enough times until you decide which one you love best. Handicap accessible. Plenty of parking. Friendly, efficient staff AND when we have it deliver…never a messed up order. The bacon is delicious y’all!!

I am a Jersey girl and always had great reviews for Jersey Mikes in NJ. My experience today was quite different. I don’t want brown or withered lettuce on my sandwich. When my husband ask if they had a tray that at least looked fresher. The reply from a worker (man) around 12:3o today was they are all like that as all lettuce looks like that. Well I totally disagree and I am disappointed in the service. The young lady working just mixed up the lettuce as if was perfect and some of the brown lettuce would be hidden within. Of course my choice was no lettuce. But that experience has put a sour taste in my mouth for this Jersey Mikes. Heading home to NJ in a few weeks and will compare the service.

First, the wait was incredibly long for the amount of people who were in the store at the time. I understand a lot of people probably order online, but I feel like if someone has been in the store for over 15 minutes you should take care of the customer standing in front of you first rather than the person who ordered online who’s pickup time is still 10 minutes away. My second issue was with the girl who was completing the sandwiches after the meat was sliced. She asked how I wanted my sandwich so I said Mike’s way with no tomato or onion because I felt like this was easier than going through each ingredient. I also said I wanted to add pickles and pepper relish. Right after I told the girl this she went to put onions on my sandwich so I stopped her and said oh no onion. She gave me an awful look like I was wrong and then proceeded to continue my sandwich. She drowned it in oil and vinegar to the point that it was sopping wet. After she put the pepper relish on she looked at me like “are you good now?” like I was inconveniencing her and I asked her to add pickles please. She then added about 15-20 pickle slices to the already soaking wet sandwich. By the time I got to my car to eat it the bread was completely soaked through. I had wanted to save the other half for dinner tonight but I don’t think it will be edible by tonight.

First time ever eating at Jersey Mike’s. Ordered online, a few minutes later the order was waiting for me at the pick-up location by the ordering counter. I had the Portobello Cheese Steak sub and my wife had the Original Italian sub. Both of them were delicious! We were full and satisfied with our orders. A little pricey, but worth it.

So I walk in after placing an online order 15 minutes prior to find 5 employees including a manager just hanging out talking… never greeted but looked at by all. Then ask for my sandwich before going in to restroom to find it hasn’t been started.. mind you there’s absolutely no one inside as far as customers. Ok so I walk our and ask are you the manager to the guy sitting on his laptop and he says yes.. I tell him the men’s bathroom has no soap and the dispenser is not working.. he nods and says ok and continues whatever fake work he was tending to, not im sorry let me fix that right away like it takes a rocket scientist to change batteries and add soap.. so incan just imagine the kitchen standards

I thought the shop was clean. The food was well presented and looked fresh. The staff was professional and I was promptly greeted. The food was very good and prepared well. It is small but good for a quick bite. I would go back.

I would call it a sub below the rest! I had the giant chicken bacon ranch with onions and banana peppers. Well no onions no banana peppers. The taste was average, this is my first time eating at jersey mikes and might very well be my last.

At this location I will say it’s great I go to the movies a lot and I usually go here before the movie starts and the staff are nice and friendly and always ask what movie I’m seeing plus it’s clean in there too I will say this store is %102 better then the branford store
