My first time to this location and I couldn’t be more disappointed! I ordered ahead through DoorDash and got this abomination Don’t make me say subway is better. It looks like Jared got to this lettuce, what’s up with that, Mike? The lack of care that goes into meal prep scares me to think about what else could be wrong here. Look at that lettuce! I think I would prefer Burger King’s foot lettuce over this

Very busy when I went here, line to the door. I was happy I ordered ahead on my app. My sandwich was hot and ready when it was supposed too. I had the #17 Philly steak and cheese. It’s always good here and my go to sandwich when I’m at a Jersey Mike’s.

I was asked by a coworker if I wanted to try Jersey Mike’s today for lunch, so I said yeah what the heck. I ordered the number 13 which is the Italian combo with everything on it and boy is it delicious. I will definitely be visiting this place again. Thanks Jersey Mike’s for a great grinder!

This location has yet to let me down. Busy place when I visit but have patience. Plenty of meat on the grinder. Like the fact that the meat is cut in front of you unlike the other subway shop I used to go to. I had The Number Four on my last visit. The cashier was kind enough to remind me that I had a free sandwich coming but decided to let my points rack up.

We ordered online in the app… we had to wait 20 minutes after our scheduled time for our food and they messed up the order. 2 of the 4 sandwiches were wrong. One of the team members was clearly struggling to follow directions given by another customer in line. The kid at the checkout was polite and apologized for the wait but he was the only one that seemed to even recognize the line to the door or the very slow order processing of the team.

They use good ingredients so ultimately the food tastes good, but that’s where the positive review begins and ends. I’ve been to this location twice. Both times we ordered online, showed up and the food wasn’t ready (despite a 45min ETA, which for virtually all other restaurants nowadays would be considered a very conservative estimate). When I asked to pick up the order, the kid said sorry it’s not ready then moments later said “I need roast beef!” to one of the 4 other people behind the counter, proving that the sandwich had never been started in the initial 45min. No matter your stated ETA, they will not make your food until you’re standing in front of them asking why it isn’t ready. This leads to chaotic environment on both sides of the counter, lots of standing around not knowing whose food is up next. My friend’s sandwich bowl had about 4x what would be considered a normal proportional amount of mayo relative to the rest of the food; the excess needed to be scooped away in napkins to improve edibility. Finally, the bathroom was disgusting and the log on the door had zero entries as of 5pm. I firmly believe that not a single attempt to clean that bathroom was made yesterday. If you really want a sandwich and specifically a Jersey Mike’s sandwich and specifically in Middletown, welp, I guess you should eat here. But if you have any other options, you should choose those instead.

I had a late lunch today. Sandwiches were excellent. The staff with black hair and glasses went above and beyond today helping out a elderly gentleman who just got out of the hospital offering to help the man. That young gentleman deserves a raise. That’s the type of atmosphere where you want to go eat. That staff should be recognized, I don’t see this often anymore. Thank you
