Had no power yesterday so in need of a meal. Made my purchase and retirned home to stale bread!!! The fellow who chose the bread had to feel the hard bread! Under normal circumstances, I would have gone right back, but cold house, candle lit, I didn’t have the energy to. Very disappointed!!

Stopped here before a movie. Staff was polite but service was very slow. We were the only two customers and our server stopped working on the order frequently to join in conversations with her coworkers. No problem with people being in a good mood or enjoying their work but you should be able to make a sandwich and talk at the same time.

Never tried Jersey Mikes until today. The only reason I even considered it was because I spoke to Griffin, a manager there, before coming in. I had a coupon that was one day expired and I asked if he’d honor it to let me try their product. He agreed so I came in. Griffin was courteous, professional, and welcoming over the phone. He gets an A+ for sales/customer service. Food was fresh. Other workers need more Jersey Mikes ops training (Like how to make a not-messy sandwich) but that will come in time with experience.

I’m usually very pleased with my experience at jersey mikes Madison, however today was different. I came here with my special needs students and we were treated so rudely. Upon arrival we were given dirty looks and asked if “we all needed to be here at once.” One woman making the sandwiches refused to take our students order and instead made us write down every order on paper, and then proceeded to get mad that she had to make all the sandwiches. If 13 customers walked in at once that were not special needs, I’m sure this interaction would have gone very differently. Whether it was implied or not, it felt very discriminatory and made us all very uncomfortable. There is a difference between being stressed and completely disrespectful. The only person that treated us with kindness was Amani the cashier. I wish I could rate the service lower than a one. We are not pleased, embarrassed, and will definitely not be returning.

Great food served fast- which was needed so we could make it to our movie tonight, and no other fast-food options. Highly recommend the chicken Philly sandwich and the Stubborn black cherry tarragon soda. Welcome to Madison, Jersey Mike’s- thanks for coming!

I thought the higher prices would equate to better food but it very much does not. The Subway that was in this location prior at least gave you what you paid for. The afternoon service is rough. I get it’s busy at the standard meal rushes, but the staff act like they genuinely hate you as you walk in. Not worth the cost at any level.

Just tried the new Jersey Mike’s in Madison. We always get the No. 7, turkey with provolone, etc. While the quality of the meat and cheese was excellent we think Steve Scwharzman, CEO of Blackstone Group, the PE firm, who just bought the chain for $8 billion, was slicing the cheese. Either that or the new franchise owner is trying to impress the new owner by offering less. It was so thin you could hardly taste it.

This is what happens when a PE firm gets involved. They start cutting into things to lower costs and lowering the quality of the businesses they buy. Hope I’m wrong on this.

Also, Jersey Mike’s offers one of the worst dining in experiences in the fast food industry. They’re loud, and almost always cold, any time of the year. Took ours home.

This location is not open yet. But the manager was amazing. My family had been driving on the road coming from a rained out soccer game. He allowed us to use the bathroom. This may not seem like much, but it meant the world to me and my family.
