Underwhelming basically sums it up. 12 bucks for a grinder less than 8 inches… much rather go to the deli in Bozrah. But I will say… the kids size grinder for full sized prices did taste good and service was on point.

Food and layout for ordering in there is awesome. Every online order is wrong though. Make workers check tickets because I’ve ordered here since opening and request no mayo and every time there is mayo on the requested sandwich. We’re talking well over 12+ orders considering we live close by and the quality is great tasting! Make the workers produce the RIGHT quality and correct order for the ticket over speed. Also oil/vinegar ratio for a side order is atrocious. 50/50 or even 60/40 oil to vinegar ratio is good. Not a 90/10 oil/vinegar ratio. Love the franchise other than local issues!

I recently placed an online order for two boxes of subs and some other subs, and everything was fantastic! Our guests, including 6 vegetarians, were extremely impressed with the quality and taste. Ordering and hosting the party was so easy! We had all the sides and extras we needed. The follow-up call the next day was a nice touch. The customer service was top-notch! This will definitely be my go-to party hosting solution from now on.

Yes maybe the Staff is super friendly and of course they dont set the prices BUT $31 for two tiny half sandwiches….. I mean it wasnt even a half it was more like 1/4 of the bread.

This was my best experience I have had at a Jersey Mike’s. Fast and efficient, and as always my sub tasted great. The biggest stand out from this location was the customer service. The staff were so kind and genuinely cared about you and how your day is going. Everyone seemed to love their job and make you have a positive experience! Definitely would recommend and want to come back soon!

I think it’s hard to give a grinder 5 stars, but this location is incredibly clean. We frequent one a lot near our office and it’s much nicer here. All the employees were extremely polite. We were greeted in seconds from walking in, and our grinders were made super quick even with a hot grinder. We only saw gloves employees. No one was touching food ungloved. They all had dedicated stations and were working together. It’s pretty close to us so we’ll be stopping after sports for sure.

Honestly some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Everything is super fresh and made with love. Tim is one of the nicest employees and really care about his job. All I ever hear them talk about is how amazing their job is and how much pride they have in their job. The general manager D Hardy is one of the nicest most caring managers he cares about his employees and most importantly his customers. The best jersey mikes around definitely suggest stopping in!
