Happened to be in the area and thought I would give it a try. I’d never been to a Jersey Mike’s before but had seen commercials. Order the philly chicken. Went to pay and was told the soda machine was down so I couldn’t get a meal deal. Then discovered it was one of those places that solicites a tip when checking out. Not a fan of this new practice but gave 20% because it looked like employees were working hard. That’s when my experience went downhill fast and wish I could have gotten that tip back. The first sub they gave me was wrong altogether… steak, not chicken and had items that weren’t requested. The second attempt was correct, but disappointed that it was mostly bread. I understand that stores are portioned controlled, but the contents of that sub was in no way worth the money they charged. In the end, not impressed, over priced and wouldn’t go out of my way to try it again.

Asked for a club with no bread with LIGHT mustard. This is what I got, drowning in brown mustard. No mayo as advertised with the club. $12. Meat was good though, when I could taste it.

I ordered for delivery so I didn’t experience the in store atmosphere but the sandwich was very small and not filled with much. Jersey Mike’s won’t be my first choice in the future.

Thank you Waterford Jersey Mikes for being absolutely amazing! We live in Jersey and my daughter plays field hockey for a RI university and when it’s my turn to bring post game food I it has to be JERSEY Mikes. 33 subs made to perfection, no complaints and the team was so happy. Names and jersey numbers on the subs making it easy for me and special care for gluten free which is truly appreciated. Can’t thank you enough, the team loved the delicious cookies and message! Easy on and off when driving I-95 and I-395.

Staff on duty yesterday, 7/16 at 2 pm were not friendly. Tables were dirty and my wife ended cleaning our table. There was a huge problem with the register and none of our debit or credit cards functioned. We ended paying cash. The cashier and a gentleman looked at us like it was our fault. Customers after us also had issues paying. No one got an apology for the inconvenience. We got our food but no receipt. The only good thing was the food.

Went to this location today with a large group for work. The employees were excellent; patient, efficient and even-tempered. The place was absolutely packed and yet the employees worked with a smile on their faces, patience for the customers, and worked as quickly as they could under the circumstances. Awesome staff
