Employees don’t pay attention to custom requests, always get lettuce put on, and ordering a regular sandwich, sandwich is absolutely drowned in oil to the point of inedibility. I did not order extra oil, it was supposed to be a regular sandwich

After being thwarted at a different location, I ordered 3 sandwiches at this location. The sandwiches were all perfectly made, THE BREAD WAS FRESH including the GLUTEN FREE!! That never happens for me, the gluten free bread is almost always stale. When I tell you we wolfed down those sandwiches, there were no crumbs. We’ll definitely be back when we come through Norwich.
