Food is good, service is terrible. Not unusual for a small online order to take 45 minutes or more. I have no issues recommending them for someone with food allergies though. They have more safeguards than most places we’ve been to short of a second kitchen.

The best part of this review is the picture of my dog Chuggy. He turned 6 this year and I’ve loved every moment.
Also, I went to Jersey Mike’s today to pick up my favorite sub. You know it, the original Italian #13, light on the juice and heavy on the love.
I ordered online and arrived at the Enfield, CT location a few minutes before it was ready.
To my surprise, the staff appeared to be collaborating a choreographed dance routine.
It was cute, but it left me wondering if the menu prices could be lower without the added side of mismanagement.
I support the arts and everyone going out and doing a thang, but when I’m at Jersey Mike’s, all I really want is a good sandwich without a high school talent show.
Bottom line, the food is on par with some of the best delis around. The staff is on par with some of the best reasons to visit another deli.

The first girl that took my order asked what I would like and verbally said large size. I had not said the size. Did she say that because I am a bigger guy? HOW RUDE CAN YOU BE? Any other location asks you what size you would like and if you want it Mike’s way. NO, I told her to stop as she then suggested. THE next size down! I said NO! stop. Corrected her in the correct way to ask. I want the MINI. Then the next girl checked me out. I repeated my order. Paid, filled my drink. Then she asks me if I want it Mike’s way. She could not remember the transaction we had 2 min. Before. The first worker failed to communicate with her, write the order down. This store is a mess. Worse then my last visit a month ago.
Management clearly lack training staff and keeping an eye on the Frontline workers.
I don’t recommend this store at this time.
They still cut my sandwich when I asked them not too.

I ordered a sub on 9/15 and gave the company online feedback that an online lunch customer should not get an email that their meal order would be ready in 43 minutes! I went to the store and said that the wait time was not acceptable and wished for a refund. I was told that they were BUSY and SHORT STAFFED! Get in the line and wait for the in-person order service. I waited in the queue and did get a sub. (less than 43-minute wait time) I wrote that this was poor service especially to online customers. (They are the ones that think enough of you to have “the app” on their phone.) Today, 9/26 I got a phone call from “J” who wanted to explain their issues and their problems. I explained that I really did not want to hear their issues and problems…. I got the new “customer service” oriented comments that: “I didn’t understand…” and that they were following their policy! Seriously I guess I will take my lack of intelligence (as I don’t understand….) to another Jersey Mikes or to Capriotti’s. Simply put, I want to get a sub sandwich and eat it in a normal lunch hour! The new customer service does not involve apologies…. It’s the business is right, and you need to learn and deal with it!

This place has gone downhill. The girl working there that hands you your online order is not friendly at all. No hello, no thank you. Last couple times I’ve gone the order isn’t ready when it’s supposed to be. Place is dirty. This will most likely be my last visit here. They need a new manager there or something.

got here on our break from school. we have a split window of 30 minutes to get back. it took 48 minutes from when we walked in the door to when we received our food. when we ate, they didn’t even cut the sandwich in half. a lot of uncoordinated people work here, save yourself time and just go somewhere else! will never return.

I placed an order online and went to pick it up, only to be told when I arrived that they had no bread and could only offer a wrap instead. If they were out of bread, they should’ve contacted me right away so I could cancel or change my order — not wait until I showed up. Completely inconvenient and unprofessional. Do better

They tell you to place an order online cause it’s faster. But that is not the case. When you order online you are the LAST priority. Sitting waiting for my order while customers walk in order and then leave with their food before mine even gets made. Also don’t order hot subs. Not sure why they offer them considering the employees HATE the grill. They wait till there’s at least 4 hot sandwiches on order before they even start the grill. Be prepared to wait, and then wait some more, and then wait a little more.

@jerseymikes Your Enfield Connecticut location is awful. Was a dine in customer. Placed my order and gf’s order. 25 mins she has hers. 20 mins later asked where mine was. (Not busy at this time). Guy running grill more busy talking to buddy. 15 later asked for $ back
