Ordered a delicious grinder here. Food was made fresh and tasted great! Staff was friendly and food was made quickly right in front of my eyes. Meat is sliced to order. Can’t forget to grab one of the chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Restaurant is clean.

The staff (young man especially)here was very friendly and helpful. The food is just awesome.
It’s only my second time going to any jersey Mike’s and it’s my first time going to this one, so I’m a little bit amateur when it comes to this establishment.
So far, both times I have had Jersey Mike’s, I have gotten the original Italian, which they call the number 13 on the menu board. It is delightful.
It seems to get very busy here.

Will never order from this location again. I love Jersey mikes, I eat from them once a week but this location ruined my favorite sandwich. There is barely any turkey on my sandwhich, they forgot the mayo and banana peppers! I pretty much paid good money for lettuce and tomatoes on bread! Awful! Do yourself a favor and go to a different location!

This was my first time ordering from this newly opened Sub shop. Fantastic experience, ordered online and both sandwiches were exactly as ordered, which has been a rarity at other surrounding Jersey Mike’s. Not only was it as ordered, but it was ready for pick up at the scheduled time!! Staff greeted me with a smile and actually acknowledged my existence and parking wasn’t a problem at all even though it was super busy. Just incredible, awesome start for Connecticut’s newest location. I will be back often.

Unfortunately had a poor experience sunday evening. The mikes hot honey wrapped i ordered was wrong. It wasn’t on a wrap. It had onions when i ordered it without. It was missing the hot honey and pepperoni. I went back in, the staff seemed to have a bit of an attitude, like they were bothered that customers were in there. They fixed the order, without apologizing only to get out and the wrap was soaking wet with the hot honey. When i say soaking wet i mean about 2 plus oz of “juice” came out and the wrap was saturated. Also, it still didn’t have the pepperoni on it. the bottled drinks were warm, we picked up the order on time so they just gave us warm drinks. Very unpleasant experience. We won’t be coming back here for a while, if at all. Just disappointing experience after spending over $40. And before the business responds to this post just know they don’t care. I first sent the same information via the Jersey mikes website and no one got back. Waited two days and now they get a public review.

First time going to jersey mikes and the employees made me feel at home! Very high quality subs as well! Also a very big shoutout to the manager of this location (I forgot his name) but my wife and I were very pleased with his knowledge and genuine character. We will definitely be coming back to this location!

I usually love Jersey Mikes- just not this one.
I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich – nothing extra and no substitutes of any kind, just as it comes on the menu.
I wish I could share a picture of “sandwich” I received, it was soaking wet -the bread was so soggy and gross. Between the ranch and chicken there is normally a decent amount of sauce- BUT this was overkill and like my sandwich had been put under the kitchen sink . There was no meat, besides a thin layer of minced chicken and tomatoes- that’s it and SO much sauce. That’s all it really was.
When the bread was closed, you couldn’t even tell it had anything in it, until you picked it up and liquid poured from the bottom.
Will travel to other locations before this one again.

Ordered a sub for delivery and it was poorly made. Sub was falling apart, almost inedible. Didn’t even have the decency to cut the sub. I won’t be ordering from here again & i’ll be reaching out to customer service about this experience

Holy Crap!! $32,07 for a 6″ #5 sub which supposed to have 3 different meats,barely had 2 kinds, and not be swimming in oil. 2nd sandwich was a 6″ fatty pastrami sub, I’m not one to complain but Subway is 3x better considering. Way overpriced and the subs were gross.
