Stopped here with my brother and Got a delicious grinder here. Food was fresh and tasty! Staff was friendly and food was made quickly. They Also had really good mini chocolate chip cookies. Bathrooms at this location are locked and you have to ask for a key.

Got the hot Italian grinder Saturday afternoon for delivery! When I got it, it consisted of hot pepper relish, 3 tomatoe slices and a clump of unedible meat! Called them and they said come down and we’ll make it again!! Not going back!!

Food is fine but this store is completely uninterested in customer service. I ordered on the app from this store and the driver picked it up and then cancelled the order for no reason. When I tried to address this with the store, having paid for food that never got delivered, they said it was a door dash issue as they use their drivers but the order was placed through the jersey mikes app so they basically just said not our problem and took my money. I’ve spent a month trying to address it with jersey mikes and they haven’t even responded. Not worth doing business with a company like this for ok food.

Waited over 30 minutes for a sandwich. Managers rude and told us to have a wonderful and blessed day after being upset that they lied about the amount of time it would take. Never going back, stay far away!

I don’t usually write reviews but I was sad to learn Emily no longer works at Jersey Mike’s! She was very kind, attentive, managed other employees well and definitely made the atmosphere of the store shine unfortunately now its just workers that look miserable and you can tell they don’t like their job! No greetings or smiles when you arrive, food is good but be careful the staff, they will catch a bad attitude with you!

It’s usually really really great I get the famous philly cheese steak and today I went there and ordered and I asked for the other grinder roll and she gave me a plain one and I didn’t notice till I was at home and I took my scooter there so I was not finna go back

I had such a great experience at Jersey Mike’s! The customer service was top-notch — everyone was kind, funny, and super helpful. As someone with celiac disease, it can sometimes be stressful ordering out, but the staff did an amazing job accommodating my needs and making sure everything was safe for me to enjoy. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the positive attitude they brought to the whole experience. Definitely a place I’ll be returning to!
