I ordered through Uber Eats and picked up my food. I didn’t know what to do, so I waited for 5 minutes. There was a sign on the counter that said “Pick up orders,” but I couldn’t see my order. After 5 minutes, one of the staff finally asked me if I was waiting for an order. I said yes, and he grabbed my order behind the counter. So, the whole time it was there. If you order for pickup, make sure you go straight to the counter and check on your order. I ordered #17 Mike’s Famous Philly (Regular size $13.32), a 6-inch sub. It was enough for one person, and there was plenty of meat. It actually tasted good. Overall, it was a good experience. There was limited indoor seating.

Wife and I randomly stopped in here last week to grab some lunch. I got the Jersey Shore Bundle. My new favorite sub place. Staff is very nice and no shortage of employees. So many people working and making the time to order and receive food extremely quick. We sat at a table and the place was clean and warm. Extremely cold that day. I’ll be going back more offen.

Solid sandwich. Expensive ? Yes. Worth it? Depends. I ordered the Original Italian, works. Extra mayo extra red pepper sauce. My only complaint was way too much vinegar which left the sandwich very sour and acidic tasting not to mention a sloppy mess. If you don’t consume it immediately then “Forget About It”. I also feel that the meat was a bit on the skimpy side for a $20.00 sub (see other customer photos) . After reading other reviews, I’m gonna have to agree that the inconsistency seems to be a hallmark of the Jersey Mike’s Williston location. Hit or miss. I’m not trying to rain on anybody’s parade. I think it’s a great company. It does over $8 billion a year of business so can’t be that bad, however considering all the above it’s good but not outstanding.

I would say that this is one of the best places in New England to buy world-class food. The staff is comprised of extremely professional ladies and gentlemen who cater to one’s interests. The location is very clean. The manager has taught these stellar employees very well. I wish them all the best. It would be a true pleasure and privilege to continue going there in order to get gourmet food that is nonpareil.

Between hubby or myself we get a grinder once a week. You lost me as a customer. Ordered a giant turkey bacon and got No Bacon and paid for it. Placed it on the phone app said it would be done in 15 minutes we t to pick it up had to wait another 20 minutes besides the 15 so total of 35 minutes to make a grinder and then get it wrong. LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IN WILLISTON GO TO SOUTH BURLINGTON ONE INSTEAD.

Don’t get me wrong theirs local spots. But as chain stores go… This is great… Oh and make sure to get the sandwich Mike’s way. It makes it all the more better

This team will hook you up. Cheerful staff that keep this place humming. Customer service best in the area when it comes to chain food. They clean their workspace and get your food out fast. Reasonable prices.

Talk about trash food. 15 bucks for this. As a chef of 15 years I am appalled. 2x the size of a lighter, the deli meat looks like it was sitting out in the sun, sub was falling apart and smashed when I picked it up. Never again. Total entire waste of money. Gas station sushi is more appealing than this.
Service was great though and employees were swift at service. Atmosphere was whatever. There isn’t an atmosphere. It’s a fast food restaurant

Service was fine. Cheese steak ok, certainly did mot seem to have the extra cheese on it requested or the mushrooms. And it did not feel like a very clean environment. The table I sat at while waiting for my sandwich was dirty.

This was my first time going to jersey mikes since it opened here in Vermont. The lines are long but it’s worth it, I got the #9 with bacon, extra mayo and the drinks are amazing. Stubborn root beer and cream soda are the best.
