Really disappointed. This has been our go to because the prices were reasonable and never had a complaint about the sandwiches. The past couple times however hasn’t been the same. May fiance gets his sandwiches with no condiments, and the last couple of times they did, no problem we brought them back and it was corrected, and the team working there was really nice about it. Same with today, he went to pick up our sandwiches, checked his, it was wrong so they fixed it no problem. He comes home. I don’t mind mayo, but it’s unfortunate when there’s so much on your sandwich that it genuinely makes the bread wet. I like mayo but not in large amounts, and I just feel this was excessive. I did not ask for extra. It covered my whole sandwich, and all I tasted was mayo when I tried a bite. This isn’t a huge problem, but it’s definitely a disappointment, waste of money and waste of time.

Incredible experience here at jersey mikes in bangor! This was the first time i have ever experienced provisions from this establishment….Damien and Mark held it down with ease…through the busy crowds of folks and orders, kept calm and hospitable! Best sandwich around!! And shout out to the rest of the team working that night! A well oiled machine and Incredible sandwiches! 10/10 will return! Thanks for everything

This location has little attention to detail, 3 weeks ago I door dashed a sandwich and they automatically put Mayo on my sandwich without checking the order. I decided to give a second chance and they did it again today. They did offer a free sandwich if I came in, but the whole idea is that it was delivered to me, and I would have to pay redelivery / Tip.

I’m a weekly regular at Jersey Mike’s, and every visit is top-notch! Damon is always so prompt, social, and easy to talk to, he really makes the atmosphere great! Jaycee, Rylie, and Jacob are always on point too! They made my sandwich, cashed me out, and sent me on my way with one of the best subs around.
Even though I live 45 minutes away, it’s always worth the drive! They always make sure to pack my juices on the side so my sandwich doesn’t get soggy, which I really appreciate. I came in about 45 minutes before close and they were still so friendly and happy to serve me. Excellent team, excellent service, and hands down the best sandwiches every time!

Went inside to order. Had to wait 45minutes before I received my order of one sandwich. Watched over a dozen people walk out with their food who were in after me. After 30 minutes, I went up to check on how much longer, was told 5 minutes and then watched the manager mouth to another co-worker that they forgot my order. I literally watched her START my order then and had to wait another 15 minutes. There was someone that was actually waiting longer than me as well. This was an absolute mess, terrible service, poor management.

It’s a shame because there are some nice people who work here but almost every time I’ve come here on a Sunday evening it is a mess. It’s the same guy in charge on Sunday and he finally comes out after things are WAY behind. This time, I ordered my sandwich 45 minutes ago, they told me 15 minutes, and they haven’t started it. I’m in food service management, and they just have no leadership on Sundays. I haven’t had these issues on any other day btw.

I ordered two sandwiches online and picked them up about 5 minutes before close. They were out of bacon but the guys making my sandwich took the time to make me fresh bacon for my sandwiches. They both were extremely nice and helpful.
