This place has gone significantly down hill in the last month or two. I ordered 2 sandwiches thru Uber eats, one with extra meat. This is what I was served. Literally one layer of ham and barely any turkey. Hardly extra meat and not even the usual serving of meat on a sandwich. The white bread was different and gross. I will certainly be going to Sams more often and supporting an actual local business.

Another great sandwich! Love to get the 56, it’s great on white or rosemary cheddar bread. The club(cold sandwich) is always a good choice too. Took my order with no issues, and even chopped the steak up extra for me too. Clean store and clean soda machine. Pepsi brands mostly.

I understand that these are challenging times, particularly with current prices, and I will refrain from commenting on those. Regarding the service, the crew made a commendable effort to ensure we had a positive experience. Despite the restaurant being busy, the interior was maintained to the best possible standard. ✨ Now, concerning the food, I always appreciate freshly sliced meat and vegetables. My wife did mention that the bacon might have been a bit crispier than some prefer. We both ordered wheat bread and observed that it had a rather aged, crispy exterior. I recognize that everyone has their off days, and perhaps this was one for Jersey Mike’s and its crew. ♀️

Go in for lunch on a weekday and two people are working and way behind on orders. If you’re going to have an open kitchen I would make sure that the staff is trained on food safety! Not changing gloves while handling various things and non-food items and slapping receipts on sandwich’s while they sit on the counter. Makes you wonder what else happens if that’s what’s happening in guest view!

I ordered the super sub and honestly I was very disappointed. I was told that the subs were great but I don’t agree. That is just my opinion the sub I got was bland and mediocre in taste. Next time I’ll go to firehouse subs.

We have eaten there several times on our way home from our sons school. The staff although young was concientious. We were having trouble wiht a gift card and they kept going until it got resolved. I have been at some others that gave up or did not want to key in the number. The subs are consistent with other Jersey Mikes as one would expect. Overall we will continue to stop there when in the area.

Of all the locations for this restaurant that I have been to, this location is the worst! They never have what I want(consistently always out of banana peppers) and the service feels like it’s run by high school kids at their first job who don’t know what they are doing and If that is the case I hope management takes the time to teach/train them properly on how to run the line smoothly. I was in there today and over heard another customer say “at this point I should just leave” bc they had been waiting so long. It’s an absolute nightmare if you go in the store, they take ALL DAY just to make one sandwich. I’ve been in this store at different times thinking it might be better when not so busy but nope the time does not matter. It’s like that any time of day. I hope big improvements happen with this location.

Ordered on the app because they offered a good deal and now 2 out of the last 3 times I’ve ordered they have completely screwed up the order. I understand online ordering can be troublesome but this is just ridiculous. Get my sub earlier in the day and finally get home from work at 10 pm and sit down to eat it just to find out I cannot and don’t have dinner now. Jersey mikes is my favorite sandwich shop but not from this location…. Will never have my business again, this is beyond frustrating. Just take the time to read the slip and make the sandwich accordingly….
