This was my first time visiting Jersey Mike’s, and it wasn’t a great experience. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted and was told they don’t toast cold subs. I ordered a turkey provolone which is under the classics section, it doesn’t indicate these are cold sandwiches. Since I wasn’t familiar with the menu, I don’t eat a lot of subs, I chose what looked good, but I specifically wanted a warm sandwich. No alternative or suggestion was offered for a hot option, which was frustrating. In the end, I decided not to order because I couldn’t get my sandwich the way I wanted it. Better communication and customer service would have made a big difference.

I love Jersey Mikes, however at this particular location multiple times now I’ve asked for extra bacon and instead got extra chicken. I understand it’s just a silly mistake. But it happened enough times I’m wondering if the workers here know the difference between bacon and chicken

I love eating at JM when I go home for Christmas in Simsbury, Ct. The meats are always nearly an inch thick. I was so excited that JM opened a franchise near my hometown in Me. My first visit was ho-hum. They were so busy which is great. The staff was friendly and patient considering there was quite a line. When I got home and opened up my sub I was dismayed to se there was only two slices of roast beef! JM charges a lot because the give you a lot, unlike Subway. I’ve learned from owning Dunkins you have to be great at your specialty, in Dunkin’s case fresh, hot coffee. I’ll go again and I kindly suggest that you follow JM standards and start piling up the meats! The Mid-coast is tight knit and word gets around very quickly.

Not sure what is going on at the Brunswick location but I just got another disappointing sandwich. This isn’t the first time and that is what is most discouraging. Check out the pictures and you can see that they failed to cut out the core of the tomato and served it that way. This was supposed to be club sandwich so I don’t know what is going on but they need to up the quality as they are not meeting Jersey Mike’s standard at this location.

So… after my initial 1-star review a few weeks ago they offered to provide me with 2 free replacement sandwiches, but I didn’t want to go up to the counter and let them know that I was the guy who complained, so I did not take them up on the offer and told them “thanks, but no thanks”. I did return to the Brunswick store figuring it was an isolated event, but it seems that there is a larger problem that needs to be addressed. I will wait a few weeks and try again, but it’s a “3 strikes and you are out” kind of issue, so we shall see what happens.

Wont bother ordering food from here again they won’t answer the phones at all to place an order or explain that they messed up . Goes straight to voice-mail. They’re more lazy than I’ve ever seen not even wanting fb to answer the phone . And when they mess an order up in person you can’t even call bsck to complain or explain. Noe my sandwich looks like this and I feel like I spent 18 dollars for a giant sub jist for it to look like this and be 75% bread

Never received my order so poorly made. When I first came to pick up my order (#53) I received chicken. I returned to get what I originally paid for & this is what I got back. I work in a restaurant so I understand the frustration and mix up but I would never serve this to a loyal customer. Felt pitiful seeing as they weren’t even busy.
