Called to have my Italian heated on the grill, they told me no problem. I go to pickup the sandwich and when I get home and open it up it’s a cold Italian sub. Just tell me you can’t do it. I will not recommended this location to anyone.

Worst sandwich shop locally. The first time I ordered here (some kind of chicken with bacon etc.) the sandwich was soaking wet and bread was mush. Last night rolled the dice again and got this pathetic BLT. The sandwich was fraudulent in terms of ingredients, The ends that were eaten before this picture had even less bacon lettuce and tomato then shown here. Jersey Mike’s doesn’t deserve your business. Complete rip off and the food is carelessly thrown together.

My husband and I went to Jersey Mike’s for the very first time ever in our life and we’re both retired people. We were there today at about 2 PM and the reason I wanted to leave a review was because the man that was working in the store and making our sandwiches was the kindest, loveliest, most personable and polite human being we have encountered in a while. We were so impressed by his social skills and his willingness to help and offer suggestions with a smile on his face really made a grand impression. If this was my store, I would do everything I could to keep that employee happy and to keep him on my team. I wish I knew his name. He was a tall man with a dark beard and welcoming smile who offered his help very willingly. I hope the owner of this location sees this and realizes the value in what I’m saying.

Good location for the most part. Promotional pastrami sub is already gone. It was barely available when they had it on the menu. Couldn’t even get to try the chipotle one, bummer… Also they forgot to make my order that I placed through their app. Showed up at least 10 minutes after estimated time, quickly realized they didn’t even start the order of 1 sub. Not a good look, especially since I pre-tipped. What am I actually tipping them for anyway? They forgot to make the order. Going forward I won’t be pre-tipping.

I stopped by this Jersey Mike’s with little expectations, but I was completely blown away by the excellent service!! My sandwich was perfect, and the staff members were especially inviting, specifically Ashley who took my order. Looking at the other reviews now, it’s clear to me that this location has grown and changed so much for the better, and I’m thrilled to stop by sometime again in the future.

This is an update to an old review. Went in last night to pick up three sandwiches. Bread was stale on all of them. Couldn’t even finish the sandwich it tasted that bad. I won’t be back to this chain in the future. Overpriced for mediocre food.
STOP MAKING SANDWICHES ON STALE BREAD!
I thought I’d give you guys another chance and am again disappointed. Bread was hard as a rock. Threw the sandwich away. Avoid this place! No quality control at all.
