Worst sandwich shop locally. The first time I ordered here (some kind of chicken with bacon etc.) the sandwich was soaking wet and bread was mush. Last night rolled the dice again and got this pathetic BLT. The sandwich was fraudulent in terms of ingredients, The ends that were eaten before this picture had even less bacon lettuce and tomato then shown here. Jersey Mike’s doesn’t deserve your business. Complete rip off and the food is carelessly thrown together.

Do not order from this place! Orded a tuna sandwich for my 8 year old for pick up. He ate it and instantly threw up!!! I should not have let him eat it but he really wanted it. The place looked filthy when I walked in! Def will never order from them. I hope the health department walks in on them!

Ordered 2 hot sandwiches on same order, waited 20 minutes only to find out they only made one sandwich. No explanation only said we will call you again when ready. 15 minutes later and lunch 1/2 hour expended sandwiches finally are done. Call my name and just left the bag on the counter with no explanation as to why. Poor service at best lack of respect for peoples time. Wont be back

Went there on 05/22/22 in the late afternoon with my girlfriend. The two guys working were very friendly and efficient. Give them extra points for keeping their professionalism and composure when the woman behind us decided to play a “Karen” card. Ordered two sandwiches, said she wanted two Italians, one “her way”, and then proceeded to watch the guy make both sandwiches before telling him she didn’t want it that way. And then kept making comments even after they remade it for her. Food was great and those two guys were great as well.

I finally tried Jersey Mike’s this week (the one on Branch Ave in Providence). It was much tastier than I expected based on comments from friends who weren’t thrilled with it. I like to try things myself though and I’m glad I did! I found the combo club I got yummy. However, I think I can understand why my friends weren’t happy with their sandwiches though. I ate mine right after it was prepared and before I was through it was starting to get a little soggy. I’d recommend skipping the Juice if you won’t be eating your sandwich right away. I WILL be having them again
