I’ve never had an experience at any restaurant or place that makes food like I did here. Very large heavy set guy made me a HUGE sub, way bigger than normal but I didn’t see it until I got home. The whole time he’s making my sub he’s talking and talking and obviously trying to butter me up. I go to check out and he leaves the tip option on screen right away. I skip the tip and I pay with my card. He hands my sandwich and says nothing… as I’m walking out he half-heartedly says “have a good day” and I said thanks you too… and he goes “yeah get out of here”. I was honestly taken aback by it. The guy was 2-3 times my size and I was already halfway out the door when he said it like a coward. Never in my life have I been talked to like that at a place of business… that’s a great way make sure I never come back and when I do, you NEVER get a tip. This was years ago so maybe that guy is gone because I never saw him again, but the following 2 subs I got there were just awfully made so I take the extra drive to Hanover instead… but that place hired tons of new people at the time and they were almost as bad.

Stopped in to pick up a sandwich to take to Soundcheck Studios to enjoy between sets. Not only was there an extremely skimpy portion of meat and cheese but the roll was beyond stale. Absolutely inedible. I’ll reach out to corporate and I doubt they will do anything but wanted to warn others to be aware of them using very old bread. Two thumbs down.
