This jersey mikes location has fabulous customer service. We have been ordering delivery from them for work and when they found out we were healthcare workers they generously donated sub coupons for our providers. I had one question about an order that was met with prompt response and the (very minor) concern was quickly rectified.
As a customer it is great to feel valued and that experience does not happen with all restaurants or chains. Not to mention their food is always fresh and the orders are delivered in a timely manner!

In my experience this Jersey mikes is disgusting. I was given expired meat when I ordered a chicken Philly. Go to the Randolph location. This girl was writing my order and touching everything and proceeded to make my sandwich with the same gloves. O was so mad when I got home, the meat was. Old and strange dark color. This is very disrespectful to people’s hard earned money. Their is a lot of cross contamination and these workers need to be trained properly on safety and infection control….Grossss

I have ordered from them multiple times from UberEats and never had any issue. I see some of the reviews are speaking on the service in person. I will update my review if necessary once I visit the location. But going over the food I got from them, I got the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak today and it was delicious, I ordered a Giant size. I always get the mushrooms removed and they have yet to disappoint with their sandwiches. Whenever I am introducing someone to Brockton, I recommend Jersey Mike’s Subs for a really good sandwich if that’s what they’re looking for. – SheCallsMeJuvi (YouTuber)

My wife a nurse, was recommended to Jersey Mike’s Subs from a doctor she work for. we finally visited one in Brockton. The food was delicious, but I had a major concern about food safety. The workers were preparing the subs on the counter without any cutting board or paper underneath it . A lot of food cross contamination and food safety. That’s so unsanitary. Costumer can get sick from it . For example can get foot poisoning, listeria etc… I’m just doing this review, to bring an awareness and educate the employees on better food preparation.

Ordered a chicken and cheese sub and a steak and cheese sub. They were both OK but they were extremely salty — more than a place like D’Angelo’s.. If I go there again, I’d probably have to get a sub without cheese to account for the added salt since I try to eat low sodium or reasonably low sodium when I can, but the sandwiches were noticeably saltier than any other place. I’ve eaten. Just A heads up for people trying to eat LoSo. Staff was friendly, and the place was clean.

Was my first time here and will be my last time! The girl behind the counter who was making subs, absolutely had a temper problem. From throwing bowls around above the sink to yelling at coworkers! She even snapped at me. She asked me if I would like anything else and I said yes … Lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles please on my sandwich. With an angry look on her face, She snapped at me stating that she only makes the sub! A really bad look for the shop. Truly was a very uncomfortable atmosphere! My feeling is if you don’t like your job, then find something else!

The two white women that work here are very rude. I ordered a sandwich and waited almost 20 minutes just standing there. The lady at the grill asked me how I wanted my sandwich as if she was making it and never did. The you lady at counter gave all my veggies on the side like I asked. She very nice and did her job. I stood there and realized no one was making my sandwich. A young man finally walks over as he just clocked in to work and asked me if I was taken care of. I told him I’ve been waiting a while and no one has made my sandwich. He immediately got on it. I confronted the girl at the register and asked her why I was still waiting and she rudely replied “we have other people that work here and they switched places.” Very condescending! Which I replied “why did she ask me about me food as if she about to start making it and she didn’t?! I’m still here it’s been 15 minutes! The young man just clocked in!” She had no response after that and just walked away. Meanwhile the girl that acted like she was making my food was still back there just walking around! They did not care or show any sense of urgency. I had already paid and since the young man was making my food I didn’t make it a bigger deal but I will not be back! Terrible service!
