I’ve been a server for 5 years, I’ve trained servers, I’ve eaten at multiple restaraunts, I have never received service as good as this place, Chris made it a welcoming environment and really made our night he was a rock star. There’s a reason I keep coming back to Jersey Mike’s.

I’ve tried this place a few times. Each time something was off. Compared to other jersey Mike’s this place is subpar. This last time the bread tasted off, as if lacked freshness, tasted dry, or maybe the ingredients. But I always the same thing.

The food was good, but the customer service was horrible. As a first-time visitor, I didn’t know where to order and stood at the register for several minutes while two employees looked at each other and laughed before saying anything. Very unprofessional.

Great service, I ordered a GF Italian sub and a Steak and cheese. Liam and Akeem did their best to clean all preparing/cooking surfaces to the best of their ability, I understand that JM prepares food in the same area and the risk of crumbs and other contaminations is high, but they did the best they could to clear the working surfaces and I am happy with their work, 10/10 will visit again.

I have been going to this location since they opened a few years ago and have always had a good experience with the food. I have Celiac Disease and the staff are great with cleaning and sanitizing the space to make a safe gluten free sub. Overall the staff are friendly and I’ve never had an issue with my order both ordering online or in person.
