Trash! I love Jersey Mikes…. But this was ridiculous, ordered online and it said the food would not be ready until 8:07 pm, 45 minutes or so after we ordered. I picked it up at 8pm and it was completely cold (obviously it was ready 40 minutes ago), I love nothing more than paying for a premium hot sub and get a cold sub instead…. So I repeat trash! At least my dogs like it

Usually enjoy Jersey Mikes but they put onions on my sandwich which I specifically asked to be excluded (so I couldn’t eat it) and it was one of the soggiest subs I’ve ever seen. I have been to this store before with no issues. Maybe just a bad night.
