I just want to say how awesome the sandwich maker on the frying of my Big Kahuna Cheese Steak was!! On 2/23/26 at 11:30 am. Never EVER has my sandwich been done correctly!! It was perfect! Usually it’s missing ingredients or just so sloppily put together that it’s gross. This one was great! Kudos to him!! The only reason for 4 stars on service was because he wasn’t too friendly. He called my name for my order, I said thank you and he just didn’t say anything in response or acknowledge me. But all in all I was pleasantly pleased.

Food is good (when made correctly). But the service and staff are not great. I’ve had multiple issues at this location before and have decided to try different things to make it simpler on the staff with my gluten allergy. Today, I went inside, sat at a table then placed my order online. The staff member grabbed my order ticket, then slammed it on the counter and said “oh you’re gonna love this one!” to his coworker working on other sandwiches. I looked at the ticket, and saw my name. I ordered a normal sandwich, mikes way on their gluten free bread, and the staff member blatantly voiced his opinion about how inconvenient it was that I had an allergy. While I was standing there, listening and watching. The staff member who voiced his opinion, promptly made my sandwich and I told the manager what had happened. All he had to say was that he was sorry it had happened. God forbid I find a good restaurant with gluten free options, and it’s an awful experience every, single, time.
It’s just disrespectful. I’m learning from my mistakes and never returning to this Jersey Mikes. Hope you will do the same.

My first time at a Jersey Mike’s. I was very impressed with the meats and cheeses getting sliced right in front of you. The amount of meat on each sub was incredible. I will gladly pay the higher price for a better made sub. I will never set foot in a Subway ever again.

The customer service here is terrible, immediately felt annoying for even being here, felt rushed placing my order I almost just turned around and walked out like three times before I even finished placing my order. Felt super judgy and just not at all how it should feel to walk into a restaurant. I work kinda close and will not be coming back because that was just a terrible experience. Update: sandwich wasn’t cut and there’s no sauce. Really wish I didn’t come in the first place, ruined lunch

This place will rip you off of your points.. all 3 of my visits in November i did not receive points from my purchases and they even cheated me out of the birthday points. I even wrote the company via the app.. and oh and the app will not let you upload proof, instead it sends you to a tech support site, and you have to start all over again.. I did get an email back and was able to upload a screen shot of my bank showing proof of purchase cause when you go to the store and even though I had proof they couldn’t provide me with the receipts nor did they even try to make it right or care. I dont ever need to put a jerseys mikes sub to my lips ever again. If you treat your customers like crap and guess what eventually you won’t have any customers to worry about having a store..
