This was my first time to eat here or go here. The store was super clean and the employees were all so helpful and nice. The roast beef was kind of bland but I didn’t get much on my sandwich. My husband got a philly he loved his. I also bought these candy things there they are so delicious

Wont be going back the younger girl was extremely rude and came across like she didn’t want to help us. Blatantly ignored us when asked for things on our sandwich. She just wrapped it as is and bagged it.

I’ve been to this location a few times and while the food is always up to standard, what stood out to me was the service and care. One person in particular, Ayana, exemplifies what it means to provide excellent service. Even as her hands deftly create mobile orders, she welcomes everyone in with a smile and still manages to quickly assist with orders at the counter, all while coaching other associates and still ensuring she delivers her best customer service to each guest. Her care for quality from food to service is nothing shy of stellar. I walked in today to a line wrapping almost to the door yet even as she did 4-5 things at once, if she was stressed, you’d never know it. Ayana embodies quality service and it’s her commitment to this that has swayed me from my usual lunch spots. If you haven’t already, stop here for lunch and experience what quality service is supposed to be like.

Recently ordered a box of sandwiches from this location. I just popped in and picked up my order. Everything was clearly labeled, the sandwiches were delicious, and the staff were friendly. The online ordering process was the easiest and most straightforward out of all of the competitors. All in all a great experience and we will be back!

Be careful eating here, wouldn’t pass a health inspection from what i seen… treats people…. will leave that one for you to figure out.. an management treats staff like they are not worthy at all… the arguments behind close doors talk about bullying….wont be going here any more oh so rude…

We have really loved Jersey Mike’s since they came to town several years ago. Last night was our first less than great experience. Ordered a few Philly cheese steaks and ended up with very little meat. Not sure if it’s “shrinkflation” or just a bad night. Hope this isn’t a trend. Would really miss their usual great sandwiches.
