Of all my times I been at Jersey Mike’s never have I experienced a bad time or service. Now I’m not saying I had the absolutely worst time this time around but everyone would expect a good time at JM’s cause it was JM’s, warm welcoming, acknowledge presence, friendly conversation. They’re a good company and with good people. But this time around I did not feel like I was at JM. Felt like I was at Jimmy John’s, came in for good food but don’t want to hang around, just want my food and go. I can tell the cook has some attitude problem about working there with his aggressive spatula, staff felt like they didn’t like each other. Barely a word to one another. And lastly, I didn’t get my food like always, wrapped tightly like JM’s always does. They didn’t even know it was my sandwiches.

Very tasty subs. Fantastic variety of 4 sizes from mini to supersize.. The drink selection should include beverages with zero sugar and caffeine. Hot tea would be delicious in the very cold ❄️ weather. Do you have any fish sandwiches ? Ty. Do you get any discounts if ones name is ichael ? Otherwise, the service is usually fast and friendly. The calories are posted. The workers explain the sandwich selection very well. Is there a rewards system.Do you take Canadian dollars ? Ordered the new hot Italian. The manager couldn’t wrap his head around the idea that I didn’t want the sandwich cut in half but 1/3 2/3. So my wife and I could share. sandwich came out missing the tomatoes and lettuce. After getting that straightened out I noticed that the cheese was also missing. Instead of having them fix it again I left.

I just drove here from New Brighton because when I googled the location hours in in Fridley it states 9pm.
I arrived at 8:36pm. The entrance door was locked with 3 customers inside placing their ordered and 3 workers making sandwiches. One customer came out and stated “oh he’s coming to let you in, however when the worker came he stated I could not place an order, by this time there is four of us waiting to place an order. The worker then goes on to say “ if I allow you all to order I will be here til 10pm because we’ve been busy since 8pm. I will never come back to this location!

Card reader was down. Had to go an ATM to get cash as my card doesn’t have a magnet strip.
They have signs advertising contactless payment and the employee serving me was rather rude and offered in no way to help me, or even suggest going to the bank next door to grab some cash fast.
I ended up doing that to pay as they already took my order. They also didn’t offer me a receipt for my purchase. I can’t speak for all the employees here, but customer service appears to be lacking at this Jersey Mikes.

Order their #7 the turkey sandwich and found MOLD! This was an online order so I didn’t see this until I came home. Drove back and asked for my money back. I will not return.
