I came to this location a few times in Feb of last month. A female employee was spraying and wiping down the counter while my sandwiches and another customers sandwich was right where she wiped and I saw the dish rag drop on the sandwiches and she quickly picked it up to see if we saw it! I asked for a manager and told them what happened and they rudely acted as if it was okay! So I walked out and told them I would never eat there again! Completely unprofessional! They need to hire older more mature adults who knows how to treat a customer with respect and retrain those younger workers! So sad!

Jersey Mike’s – Munster, IN

This was my first time visiting the Munster location, and after navigating a pretty congested parking lot, I finally made my way inside.

Right away, I noticed how clean the store was and how friendly the staff were. It had been many years since I last visited a Jersey Mike’s, so I wasn’t familiar with the menu. Luckily, the team was more than happy to walk me through it, answering all my questions and even asking a few of their own to help guide my order. That kind of customer service? Appreciated.

I landed on a #14 made Mike’s Way, on rosemary bread with red relish, all the veggies except green peppers and pickles, plus spicy mustard, mayo, oil & vinegar.
And let me tell you—this sandwich was LIT.
Fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I needed after feeling a little sluggish. Those veggies came through in the clutch!

But here’s the real surprise: one of the employees asked if I was a rewards member. I typed in my phone number and BOOM—turns out I still had points from four years ago thanks to some family orders at another location. They never expired—and my sub ended up being FREE!

Totally unexpected, totally delicious, and totally worth the visit.
I’ll definitely be back.

I visited this location on the night of 2/5/26 and can say that this is the worst jersey mikes I’ve been to. Every time I try to give them a chance, the employees have bad attitudes and act like it hurts to open their mouths. Some serious training needs to be done on customer service. The top of my bread was also extremely hard. Im pretty sure they can feel how hard the bread is before they serve it to customers. I will not return

This was my first and last time coming to this Jersey, Mike’s I walk in order my sandwich there was a knife out in the open laying on the counter in reach of any customer or someone child that can grab it. The girl picks the knife up and go to use it on my sandwich I says, no, you’re not going to use that knife on my sandwich that girl walks away. I said That’s unsanitary and You don’t have to cut sandwich, I guess this is the manager says, don’t give his staff an attitude and we cut everybody’s sandwich. I said thats fine but you dont have to cut minds. Again im guessing the boy is a manager he told me that i was rude and i have any attitude and told me to get out. So I guess this is how you treat customers thats paying you. The state needs to come in here and investigate how nasty this place is, it’s not sanitary. The lettuce is old is food all over. The counter is very nasty and knives on the counter im sure this is a safety. The whole staff needs to be trained in customer service.I will never be back here ever again.

They truly need some adult supervision at this location too many young teens at this location and they act as if they are incapable of making a sandwich the way you would like it. You either don’t get what you requested on it or get something you don’t want on it…smh.

Once again some type of adult supervision is needed at this location.

They made my sandwich so damn sloppy. The bread was stale. They just threw the sandwich together. I have been to other locations and they take pride in customer service. I am so disappointed that I wasted my money on this sandwich.

Dear Jersey Mike’s Management,
I am writing to express my profound disappointment with a recent experience at of Jersey Mike’s – if known] establishment.
During this visit, I encountered unprofessional behavior from a staff member. When I was placing my order, a young gentleman with a tattoo on his arm displayed a dismissive attitude, repeatedly asking “What do I want?” in a manner I found discourteous.
Furthermore, while my sandwich was being prepared, I requested extra mayonnaise from the employee with curly hair. This request was met with visible irritation, and the employee proceeded to make mocking faces at me, which I found highly inappropriate and unprofessional.
Finally, at the point of payment, I observed the cashier using a knife that appeared unsanitary, as it had visible dirt on it. This raised significant concerns about the hygiene practices at your store.
Due to these issues, I was so dissatisfied with my experience that I did not feel comfortable eating the sandwich I had purchased. I ultimately paid for the order and discarded it.
This level of service and the apparent lack of attention to hygiene are unacceptable and do not align with the standards I would expect from a reputable establishment like Jersey Mike’s.
I request that you investigate these matters and take appropriate action to address the unprofessional conduct of your staff and the unsanitary conditions I witnessed. I look forward to your response and a resolution to this complaint.

Worst Jersey Mikes location ever. Ordered my sandwich at work 20 minutes away. Got to the location and asked the worker at the pick up counter (who said nothing to me but just stared at me the whole time) for my sandwich which apparently they didn’t have. I showed them on my phone I ordered for Munster and what time my order was to be ready. The guy then said nothing to me then reprinted my ticket. I then had to wait another 25 minutes for my sandwich and wasted my whole lunch break during this nonsense when my sandwich should have been ready upon arrival since I ordered ahead on the app. The employees are all so miserable and say nothing to you and barely acknowledge you are there. The restaurant was also very dirty. Will not be back.

I love Jersey Mike’s but this location is has poor custome serviceand are skimpy on the Phillys. Usually it takes 5 to 8 minutes to prepare my Philly cheese and I asked for extra cheese. When my Sandwich was prepared in 3 minutes. I checked it and there was a small amount of non melted cheese under the one side with the meat. I informed the lady that I order extra cheese and she responded. ” I gave you extra cheese” I told her it was only a small amount and she didn’t respond. If I’m being charged for extra cheese I should get what i paid for.. Also It would have been nice for her to fix it. Horrible customer service. My Mom original italian was perfect thats why I added a star.
