Batavia, NY… Placed an order for 3 giants and a regular. Only received 1 giant and 3 regular…. Called about issue and was told by Amber to stop in Monday she would take care of it. No reimbursement for the mistake. Stopped in she was not there, was told by Andrew that I just want free subs. No I want my order that I was charged for corrected. The employees talk about other employees in front of customers calling them nasty names… Especially Amber. (I personally heard it) Never again will I order from this place.

I placed an order yesterday around 12:30 PM through the mobile app at the Bedford, TX location off 2212 Central Dr. A family member picked up the order because they were already in the area, and this was my first time ever purchasing from Jersey Mike’s at that specific location. When I received the order, the food was not made properly and incorrectly —the bread was drenched in oil, missing onions and barely any mayo. Instructions were not followed per request I placed on the app.

I called the store to inform them that my order was incorrect and requested to bring it back within 30 minutes for a refund. I first spoke to a man, the manager, who had no issue with the request. Then a woman named Andrea, the district manager, came onto the phone. She was very rude and unprofessional. She refused to provide a refund at first because she said she was the one who made the order. I explained that the preferences and specific instructions I requested were not followed.

She then contradicted herself and said they would not be providing a refund because the store had been “losing money.” Her statement was unprofessional and frustrating. I tried to resolve the situation by offering to come to the location and return the food for a refund, but she still refused and only offered to remake the order. I asked her to provide a policy, rule, or section from Jersey Mike’s stating that they cannot issue refunds due to “losing money at the store.” She did not answer and instead hung up.

I called again to resolve the issue, and once again, district manager Andrea declined to help. I do not want to dispute this any further. I still have the food in the bag and would like to return it for a refund. Telling a customer they can’t have a refund because the store is losing money is unacceptable and has nothing to do with the customer. The sandwich was not properly made and was not edible. I always order the same item from another location near my home and have never had issues. It’s not a coincidence that the problems happened at this location.

If they continue to refuse a refund for their mistakes and unprofessional behavior, I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. All of this is unnecessary—customers should be treated properly.

On top getting hold of Jersey Mike’s corporate is so difficult!

Ordered ahead on the app while on a work trip expecting a quick pickup. When I arrived, the place was packed and my order wasn’t ready. I waited…and waited… until everyone else left and they finally realized they’d forgotten it. Instead of hurrying, they kept offering me root beer — four times! I finally got my sandwich. Beyond frustrating and disappointing.

I visited the 7377 State Route 3, Westerville, Ohio store Jersey Mike’s and was treated rudely, disrespectfully, and refused service. I was told that the “owner” said I was not allowed to be served and was told to leave. I was given no reason. The person who told me to leave would not give me the owner’s contact information and said the owner would be in 9:00 am the next day. When called the next day, the person on the phone said the owner was not in, might be in the next day, but could give no time. I believe I was RACIALLY PROFILED for no reason. I have never had or caused any trouble or problem in the store ever.

My order was completely wrong. No lettuce, no vinegar, 2 pieces of onion. For the price, I expected a better sandwich.
With all the other choices in the area I picked this Jersey Mikes because of the quality I remember receiving when I lived in town growing up and through the 90s and early 2000s… very good always as ordered fat sandwiches.
NOT ANYMORE… Sad experience.
Will definitely not be wasting my money at this location anymore.

I feel it’s only fair to leave this review because I’ve thought about it for several years. I just wish you didn’t remove the meatball sub. Mike, we had something special between us. And then you went and ruined it. I hope you’re happy. I hope she treats you well. When you wake up one night regretting your decision, just remember, we could have made it work if the meatball sub was still on the menu. xoxo

I have been a loyal customer of Jersey Mike’s for years… from Georgia to Indiana. I had a horrible experience on 12/16/2024 @ store 11023. I have never experienced such awful service from them. I left a complaint which said it would be addressed in 48hrs. Nothing!! I guess customers should pay their hard earned money & receive terrible service and deal with it.. So, heartbreaking..

My order was totally WRONG!!!! Went back to store said it’s a door dash driver taking orders wow like they really care Change that back to stores wanted to act like a a hole when I realize they had nothing to do with it the money u save is penny wise and dollar foolish loosing customers who have been loyal like me for 12-15 years an now subways is looking good this was not only my worst experience but the most degrading experience repeated order an still gave me what she wanted HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience thanks 4 the memories
