After ordering tuna and seeing that it came with cheese I forgot to tell him no cheese, the server fixed it. Told him what I wanted other sandwich, lettuce Tomato onion, he asks is that all I said yes forgot the mayo and he fixed it again. Thank you Sir. It was a great sandwich. Thank you.

Was in need of catering services for Customer Service Week and my staff overwhelmingly voted for Jersey Giant on Cedar Street in Lansing. I’m not a sandwich person so I was hesitant for such an important event, but I ordered based in their feedback. Dale helped me with figuring out how many platters I needed and to be very transparent, I tried TWO sandwiches and they were the freshest, most delicious sandwiches I have ever had, remember, I’m not a sandwich person. My staff were over the moon with their lunch and made me promise to only provide food from Jersey Giant. I promised!!! Large order, some veggie subs, all the trimmings, delicious!

Veggie sub was disgusting
Jersey devil sub mediocre at best. You think if you ordered a Veggie sub ot would come with vegetables, wrong, you have to tell them what Veggie you want. All other subs listed tell you what’s on them. 1st time, last time sorry.

Great location. The service is always friendly here and the subs are good. Fresh bread, freshly sliced meat, good toppings. Definitely pricier than the subway down the road but subway sucks (especially the Holt one). Jersey Giant will fill you up AND there will still be enough sandwich for lunch the next day.
Parking lot isn’t great since it is a shared strip mall type.

I have been getting Jersey Giants since I was a kid. It has always continued to be an extremely high quality sandwich and even though I don’t live in Michigan anymore, I always make time to stop and get a sandwich when I’m there.

Kind of a weird thing, I usually go to the one on Jolly, came in today and ordered a couple subs, asked a couple sides of jersey juice(like it on the side so the sub doesn’t get soggy, eat it through out the work day) and the guy looked at me and told me they dont do Jersey Juice on the side(which is also weird cause at the other one they always let me get it on side). No explanation or anything and was kind of rude about it. Which I guess is fine but will just go the other one for now on.

Got great service on short notice from Elaine on Sun Aug 20th at Cedar St. I needed a tray that could not be ordered online. Elaine helped me with choices. The packaging of all the condiments as well as the toppings was excellent. Highly recommend.
