Omg…amazing! The food is so good. My first time ordering I had a grilled chicken panini and sweet plantains. It was delicious the best panini I ever had and it was piping hot! I will be a regular from now on thank you for great customer service.

This is the worst establishment that is I have ever been to. The people are extremely rude that work there as well as unprofessional. I ordered my food through the phone and they told me to hold and they hung up and then they said they forgot to take my order, how unprofessional is that! The food is nasty and if you want something well done ask for it the opposite way, uncooked, because that’s how you’re going to get it. These people are extremely back words and the food is gross. Don’t waste your money or your time. (I HAD to give it a star or it wouldn’t let me post it… but they need to seriously close for good not just on Mondays!!!!!!!)

Food’s OK but don’t order online delivery. Their site said a minimum $10 was necessary. I ordered $10 (+ $4.50 service fee), After 10-15 mins someone from OHIO called to say I had to add $5 to my order. I emailed BrinMeThat to complain and learned that their web site is not up to date.

Mixed feelings the chicken was Ok and the sauce was great and the portion was very large so i went back. Next time i ordered steak sandwich but it was impossible to eat so tough i couldn’t even bite it never been back maybe that was just fluke but it turned me off to the spot

My credit card was scanned three time due to their machine malfunctioning and was charged for the amount. The bearded server argued for a half hour about his machine did t charged my account. I called my bank and explained the situation and granted the permission to speak with him. They informed him the amount was changed and he continued to argue that it wasn’t. After following up with my back I called the store and the gentleman still state my bank needs to credit me. THIS PLACE HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
