Placing my order was a hassle pricing is very obscure and as I state a jalapeño bagel
Veggie cream cheese , red onion , tomato & cucumber.
I watch the price climb to 6.95
Then the fiasco happens as I watch the person making the sandwich question do we have cucumber do we have red onion do we have tomato ONLY to have no tomato
Disrespectful how little amount of cream cheese for charging extra couldn’t even smear both sides

This is a nice place… Sandwiches and a bagel shop, you can’t go wrong with using boar’s head products. Sandwich was great and the service was good as well. I think this is gonna turn into a go to spot for me in the morning before i go to work..

Bagels are delicious- nothing to comment on there. However, literally every time we order here, they get the order wrong. Literally every time. They mix up the cream cheese, put it on a different bagel, or forget something altogether. If they didn’t get it wrong so often, we would totally come here more often. However, the poor service ruins this. DO NOT walk out of the store without checking your order. Also, they run out of bagels pretty quickly and are not open very early. It has the potential to be a very nice shop, however, their poor service quality ruins this.

I called in a bagel on my way to work and was 4 minutes away and they said 20 minutes. which I had no problem with waiting if I had to but I only ordered a bagel with cream cheese which shouldn’t take 20 minutes. When I got there the bagel was done and I got attitude for being there so soon. THE BAGEL WAS DONE there was no reason for the guy to say anything at all let alone give me attitude multiple times. I will never be coming back to this restaurant
