I had pizza. It was very good. I’ve always thought Jerry’s pizza is excellent. Friend had chicken cheesesteak and fries. He thought they were good and portions were large. All food obviously cooked to order and served hot. The two guys working there didn’t seem very experienced but they were nice, trying to do a good job and provided good enough service. I’ll go back for sure.

I was disappointed with the quality of the steak and cheese. The meat didn’t appear to be a processed meat product and the cheese could easily have come out of an aerosol can. The price was over $12 for fries and a soda. I didn’t finish the meal. I was also surprised it’s still in business as a franchise. The floors were dirty, the men’s room had lights out and a broken sink. The soda machine had soda stains on the push button dispensers and there were pieces of paper in the drain pan below the ice dispenser. I had high hopes going in but as other reviewers mentioned, the cleanliness and food quality were well below what Jerry’s used to serve.

Their cheese steak is plain with No flavor. Their concession stand is dirty. Their buns taste funny. Their French fries don’t look or taste like the authentic jerry’s fries. The place could use some deep cleaning specially their bathrooms. I tried posting a picture of their fries but my phone is acting up.

This is by far ome of the worst experuences I have ever had. I am sad to say I will not longer purchase from this place. The food was ice cold when deliveted. The wrong items were put on my sandwich and the wrong items were sent. When I called to report this the manager was rude and asked me if I was done with my list of complaints. Then he stated that they sent the wrong items because they dont carry the requested items and havent for months. I asked why it was incorrect on the website and why they didnt call to inform me before supplements were sent. He ignored my question and responded that they might update the site next week. No attempts to rectify mu experience were offered.

I just placed an order online with the Jerry’s Subs and Pizza in alexandria. The order details are below. the order arrived on time but when i opened my cheesesteak none of the toppings were on the cheesesteak. I then called the store and was put on hold several minutes while the manager whose english was less than stellar was telling me that they had delivered what i ordered. Finally he understood and sent another cheesesteak out and the driver picked up the original at there request. Upon opening the cheesesteak it was wrapped in paper and literally all the cheese was stuck to the paper and the bread so soggy the entire cheesesteak was inedible, it looks as though a 2 year old threw it together. i then called the manager to inform him of the mess of a cheesesteak. The manager would not give me his name nor here out my complaint, i told him the mess my sandwich was in and he said they did not have any boxes and that’s why it was so messy. he then abruptly hung on me. I feel this is an extremely poor way of running a business and leaves a very sour taste with me. Hopefully jerry’s as an organization is more attentive to their customers, after all they are the ones keeping jerry’s around. I hope this is an isolated incident but until I hear back from corporate I will be avoiding all jerry’s locations especially the rude ones at the alexandria, beacon hill location

Very nice place. Very nice, and tasty food. They have the best cheesesteaks ever. They also has a very tasty pizza and cheeseburgers. Their burgers are so good, though… I would come back for this place anytime. The staff can be friendlier.

Terrible experience. Cashier did not know what was on the menu and had no idea what I was ordering. “Hot” sub was cold and was mostly bread, very little meat. I won’t be back.

They have a strict policy here that all cars parked in their lot after 10 PM are subject to towing. I walked into the restaurant next to Jerry’s to say hi to people because I’m a regular there. As I walked back outside, my car was gone. The manager did not cooperate whatsoever because he probably gets a cut of the towing company’s profit. It seems like a major scam to me. I was forced to pay $185 to get my car back and I am left with $500+ worth of damage on my back bumper of my new car from the tow. I am currently serving in the military and recently came back from deployment. I will NEVER be a customer at Jerry’s.

Absolutely horrible!
Place was filthy, my sub was undercooked and super greasy which gave me diarrhea the next day.
Over priced for some ‘F’ grade foods.
Owner was rude.
I wish this place shuts down soon.
