So glad we stopped at this great little place. My husband and I both got the meatloaf special which was very good and was a nice portion. I asked if the mashed potatoes were real potatoes. Our very sweet waitress said she wouldn’t lie that they were not; but she said she didn’t like instant potatoes either, but she liked the ones they serve. She offered that if we didn’t like them, she would bring us a different side. Well we didn’t need another side because they actually were good. I got the slaw also which I enjoyed and my husband got corn nuggets that had pieces of corn in them instead of being all bread. We can’t wait to go back and try other meals.

Jerry’s is one of my favorite local places to eat! It is a family atmosphere where it seems like everyone knows each other. The food is great for a fair cost and the people are so friendly. Crystal is the best waitress around and always remembers her customers! If you haven’t stopped by for breakfast or dinner yet you are missing out!

Really good country cooking! Their breakfast is great, and lunch is a daily special with two sides of country cooked veggies. Your tongue will be beatin’ your brains out trying to get to it. Get on over to Jerry’s Cafe on Swan Creek Rd., Hamptonville. You won’t be disappointed!

They are so sweet, so helpful and simply kind. Their service is some of the best service I have ever had. They are so thorough and thoughtful when the fix your food. I love coming here on breaks and it’s so so delicious. This is why they stay packed and stay busy. Great place to stop by for a good breakfast or lunch !!

This ones a keeper…I used to eat here with my grandfather close to 25 years ago as a child and decided to stop in for breakfast while in the area and what a wonderful little place this is!! The food was fresh and cooked to order. It wasn’t dry or over cooked. I ordered my eggs over easy and my whites were not like rubber and my entire yellow was runny. The bacon didn’t taste charred nor did it crumble upon touch. I was really impressed with the food and the staff. I will definitely eat here again and can’t wait to try the rest of the menu.

We stopped by on the way from Raleigh- Durham to the mountains. The folks here are the friendliest that you will meet anywhere! The hot dog chili is homemade and worth the trip alone. We will be back and if you haven’t tried Jerry’s you are missing out.
