If you can go in person, this place might be okay, but I have had a terrible experience trying to order food from them online. I’ve tried ordering from them twice, both times through Postmates. The first time Postmates cancelled the order after 30 minutes because the restaurant was unexpectedly closed. I read a positive review here and decided to give them another try. The second time I ordered the bacon cheeseburger which also has gyro meat on it. I ordered the burger cooked medium/slightly pink. The burger I received was completely blackened on one side, did not have any bacon or cheese, had some gyro meat, and was drowning in mustard and ketchup. I also never received the drink that was supposed to come with the meal. I reached out to Postmates about it and they only gave me about 60% of the cost of the food purchase back. Maybe Jerry’s does okay if you visit in person, but I highly highly recommend avoiding this place for delivery at all cost.

I ordered through Uber eats last night. I was impressed by the selection of crepes and reasonable prices and Uber got the food to me on time however when received the food was not what I expected…my meat tray was incomplete no bacon and cheese on my fries and no drink…my green salad had mixed greens which I asked to be removed no cucumbers or peppers on my salad…my ham and cheese crepe I asked for no mushroom and to add onion…no onions were added and I still had a few mushrooms…I want to try again but maybe I will have to actually go to the location to make sure it is correct.

edit: be patient with these guys, they are pretty new at this and they don’t speak much English. They are very nice and willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy.
Try the Crepe!!! I have had the Ham and Cheese a couple times and the breakfast combo will fill you up!!!

Ordered from Doordash. After waiting over 30 minutes my order was suddenly canceled. Most likely by driver finding the restaurant closed. You only get 1 chance to make an impression, and mine was waiting a long time for no food, no explanation. I also called and was told wrong number. Fix your info guys if you want to stay in business.

I had a terrible experience with Jerry’s Grill. Their website said they open at 6AM and I placed an order through the app Menufy around 8AM. I arrived at 8:30 (within the window the app said it would be ready) to find the place closed. There’s no sign on the door to show when they’re open. I called the contact number on Jerry’s website and got ahold of a worker who said they’d open at 9:00. I’m still waiting in the parking lot at 9:30. I just tried to call again, got their voicemail (which had a full inbox) and immediately received an SMS saying, “I’m on my way.” Presumably from the worker who said they’d open at 9:00.
This has been a fiasco and I should have cancelled my order the moment I found the place closed. Since waiting for them to open, I’ve been asked for a ride, asked for money, and had someone cut a corner in the lot and clip my car.
Not a good experience. Would not recommend.

order 6 hot wings combo got there it was hot chicken instead and it was crispy on the outside but not done some of the fries was under cook and my guy started out with gloves then start to put up the food with his hand which he didn’t wash after touching everything … Zero stars giving here
