If you want sit, listen and watch local bands Jerry’s Bar and Grill is not for you. Due to the dance floor being right next to the low stage all you will see are people dancing. If dancing up close to the band is what you want then Jerry’s Bar and Grill is for you, and you will LOVE the place. This isn’t a bad review this just letting you know before you drop money on a cover charge that you won’t actually be able to see the band. Had I known that I would not be able to “see” the band, I would not have attended as I am not a dancer. I did have a good time “people watching.”

Great food and great music on Saturday nights! I didnt realize this was a place for older people and it was hard to get there early for dinner. The regulars will reserve all tables and some of the bar, hard to find a seat unless you call a head. Band started at 9 and we got there to an empty place at 630ish. Accidently sat in someone else’s reserved spot at the bar. The staff is awesome and defended us from Geriatric George or Silver Sam, cant remember his name ;-).

Amazing bar. Took my fiancé and her best friend here. We stay in Tulsa Oklahoma and just happened to be up here in ks. We went to side pocket bar first a few mins away and it was terrible compared to Jerry’s. This place had sum of the best live music I’ve ever heard in my life

Jerry’s is an iconic local bar in Wichita. With live music every weekend, it attracts a predominantly older crowd, with cheap drinks to get your night started or to enjoy a night of dancing to mostly older songs. It’s great to grab a table with a group of friends to sing and dance the night away on the west side of town. Been here multiple times and I’ve never not felt safe there. The majority of the people that come here are really looking to have a good time. Try it out!

ATTENDED A YOUTH PERFORMANCE OF THE ARTS, (SOMEWHERE MUSIC SCHOOL) THEY ARE AMAZING …SHOUTOUT TO JERRY’S BAR AND GRILL FOR HOSTING THE EVENT…IT ALLOWED THESE YOUTH TO SHOWCASE THEIR AMAZING TALENT AND CRAFT. Now back in the day, my husband would frequent Jerry’s since opening back up we have been out a couple times. The people are friendly, drinks are strong and the place is always clean. With that being said. When we seen they were having a Back to School event with the Party Rockerz we were more then happy to pay to enter the event. The kids got several cool prizes and we were able to have a drink as well. We will definitely be back for kid events and date nights when possible.

If you are over 50 and want to hear music from your teenage years, this is the place for you. I wouldn’t ask a person on a date here or try to find a date. Gonin large numbers. 30-40 min to get your drinks during high traffic periods.
