Had lunch here two days in a row because it was so good! I had the Jerry’s Two and the Reuben, both were filling and tasty. My friends had the Buffalo chicken sandwich. The side of fruit was fresh and included grapes, blueberries, and raspberries that were great quality. Sarah was our waitress; she was attentive and very helpful. They have a great variety of lunch options made fresh and their pie is fantastic!

We stayed near here for our anniversary trip and chose Jerry’s Again on a whim and we’re glad we did! The food was good, fresh and tasty. We had a chicken salad sandwich with fruit and chicken fingers with fries. Both were tasty. We shared a slice of strawberry pie, and it was honestly the best thing I ate during our entire trip. Fresh, cool, and really delicious. The atmosphere was beautiful, pleasant, quiet chatter of other diners. We had the best waitress, she was efficient, cheerful, and took excellent care of us. We honestly chose Jerry’s Again from a list of restaurants near where we were parked, and it was a fantastic choice.

Absolutely fantastic!! I had the spinach salad and a mushroom swiss burger. Let me just tell you the salad was crisp and fresh and the burger was absolutely amazing. My husband had ordered the Angus burger and a spinach salad also. The service was absolutely wonderful.

We were visiting Atchison and wanted a local place to eat. I found Jerry’s Again and did some research. What I found on Facebook and the internet made me excited to try this place out.
After a wonderful tour of Atchison, we were excited to have lunch at Jerry’s Again.
The place is a bar and restaurant that has a great decor and atmosphere and feels more like a restaurant than a bar. The waitress was cordial, efficient and attentive even though she was very busy. We ordered, soup, salads, the polish sausage sandwiches, the daily chicken special and the chocolate cream pie.
The waitress indicated the chicken/dumpling special was ‘served over mash potatoes’; it was a chicken and dumpling soup, that would have been tasty if it didn’t have a lot of grease on the top; two bites was all we could stomach. The broccoli cheese soup looked like a dip and although it was unusually thick, tasted good. The ‘polish sausage’ looked and tasted like a hot dog. It was disappointing as I was looking forward to an actual polish sausage sandwich. The Oriental salad had chicken pieces that had a great crunchy texture on the outside but weren’t as tender as they could be on the inside. The Mexican salad and Chocolate cream pie were outstanding!
The waitress saw the uneaten items and asked if everything ‘was ok’ so I made her aware of our reasons for not eating them and she didn’t charge us for them.
The place was full so it makes me think many people enjoy their food, the waitress was attentive and nice, the place is in a nice location and has a great atmosphere so I’m going to hope, that next time, everything will be as good and amazing as the pie.

The food tasted like you would expect a TV dinner to, or gravy out of a can. Honestly the most disappointing meal I’d ever eaten in a restaurant, for a totally unreasonable price. However, if you don’t actually care about eating there, and you’ve got plenty of money to spend, it’s a cozy, trendy place to shop and have drinks.

Jerry’s Again is an excellent family owned restaurant that is perfect for lunch in Atchison! Delicious daily soups and pies to accompany a great selection of sandwiches and salads. Their coconut creme and chocolate creme pies are to die for. And don’t miss a chance for their apple dumplings!
