I grabbed the most amazing Avacado Breakfast Burrito this morning. The lady working the counter was so welcoming and nice. Back to the Burrito, it was enormous and I couldn’t eat ½ of it- fresh tasty ingredients. Highly recommend!! Nice time I’ll grab a coffee and stay longer

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Ordered a BLT and a breakfast sandwich, along with coffee and a muffin. When the sandwiches came out (20 min or so) the breakfast sandwich had 2 pieces of perfectly toasted sourdough, the BLT had one piece of perfect sour dough and a burnt end of loaf piece. I removed the top piece and ate half the sandwich. When I brought it to the young ladies attention, she rolled her eyes and said “bread is bread” and dismissed me. Before leaving, I showed her both sandwiches and she rolled her eyes again. She told me it was “no big deal”. I was not looking for anything other than letting them know it isn’t a good look or taste for my sandwich. Either make the whole sandwich with the “heels” of the bread (in that case I would have asked for new toast) or use the “heels” for something else. The rest of the sandwich was good, but not worth the $15 price tag and dismissive attitude.

It’s a roll of the dice with this place. They may or may not be open, they may or may not have food and they may or may not be rude and annoyed that you are there. There’s no rhyme or reason to any of it. Don’t trust the hours listed on Google – they close and serve food when they feel like it. The one time I was lucky enough to try to the food it was good, but if you want dependable, reliable service look elsewhere.

I haven’t been to Jerona in years and felt like a hot drink would be a good idea for my drive up over mingus to Prescott. I ordered my usual drink, as I do at other coffee shops, from the barista on duty. His demeanor implied he was annoyed by my request and uninterested in preparing it. I said never mind and started to walk out he very rudely said don’t come back. Not a problem I won’t go back.

Food was tasty and service was outstanding and quick. They have an extensive menu but my family had their breakfast and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food. Nice outdoor patio and plenty of seating inside. I believe the person who delivered our food was the owner and she was very sweet as were all the other employees.

New owners are very kind. They have the best 3 berry muffins and killer diller chocolate chip cookies.
I accidentally locked my keys in my car and they were kind and helpful with helping me open my car.
Grateful for the new ownership!
Blessings

Pathetically irresponsible environmental stewardship. Plastic everywhere, even for dine-in experiences. I took my time to allow these kids from MT to dig into our little dessert enclave, as they cycle through employees…clients are forced to cycle through unnecessary and known environmental hazards.
Prior ownership provided earth-oriented, biodegradable containers. Being residents of, and business owners in Cottonwood, the current owners know recycling has become another household expenditure since our municipal government has opted to privatize basic residential recycling. ‘Seems businesses (given citizens rights in this country) who have option to exercise a real impact are selling out for profits above appropriate stewardship.
The kitchen food has been hit-or-miss with turn-over. Coffees are dependable, but depending on who is barista…you may have longer than expected wait times. On a positive note, the pastries have only improved with the new ownership.
‘Wish I could have written something nicer, but that wouldn’t have made this an honest assessment. The cost – pollution, is well beyond worth – convenience.
