We were traveling through Idaho with our RV on our way home to Colorado and stopped at the Jerome KOA for the night. We wanted to order pizza for delivery and found their listing online. The person answering the phone was very helpful and friendly and let me know of their specials. We ordered two pizzas since the special was buy one, get one free and they arrived promptly right to our campsite and were hot and delicious! Just what we needed after traveling! We will definitely call them next time we pass through Jerome!!

Best food we’ve had in the Magic Valley in a long time. And their wing prices during Happy Hour are super reasonable!! Basically 50¢ per wing. And they are perfectly cooked and super tasty! We got half Oven Roasted and half Garlic Parm. My parents got the Awesome Combo pizza, I had a slice and it was definitely AWESOME! Really is the perfect combo of meat, veges, and mushrooms. My wife got the gluten free crust version of the Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza, and she absolutely loved it. The gluten free one is a hair on the spendy side, but the wife’s super happy with it.. And she’s a very picky eater! And gluten free pizza is never cheap even if you buy frozen. She says it’s one of if not the best gluten free pizzas she’s ever had. We will definitely be coming back!

Just driving through and too a chance. Ordered and picked up a great pepperoni pizza to take to the hotel! Wish I had waited and ordered on site, when I arrived they had a buffet special that looked amazing. Loved the pizza and definitely will make it happen again! Great price for a quality delicious pizza! Staff was great too, both on the phone and in person.

The food is incredible. Salad bar super fantastic wonderful choice of dressings. Everything was fresh amazing. Pizza holy mackerel Best around. We will definitely go back and we live in Nampa. They had a wedding party and they probably should’ve been a little more organized. But everyone was friendly and welcoming. Very enjoyable.

Finally tried pizza factory today, and was not worth all the hype. Got two mini pizzas (the smallest size) and two 10 piece boneless chickens wings, for 54 dollars!! No food place should cost that much in jerome, that’s insane. And look at these wings. They were cold and disgusting. Extremely overpriced and definitely a RIP OFF never coming back here again that’s for sure.

It was on the pricy side buut it was so worth it. We got the Garlice chicken bacon ranch and the western BBQ and it was phenomenal. The taste was all there the pizza was nice and cheesy! We also got the endless salad bar and the lettuce was nice and fressh so many toppings for it which you dont always see alot of and everything tasted pretty fresh! Annd before they closed down the salad bar she made sure we were done with it before they closed it high five on that customer service! More about the customer service super friendly! Got 3 coupons for being new. Got told about there app and where they deliver she pretty well explained everything we needed to know about this place being we were new. Oh also SUPER CLEAN!! We definitely will be returning in the future!

This restaurant has a lot going for it. The pizza was just so bland.
It tasted like they spread tomato sauce on the dough straight from the can with no herbs, salt, or spices.
Also, the price is a bit steep for what you get. The toppings are fresh but it’s too bad they don’t have more options.
I like to support local businesses, so I don’t regret coming here, but I won’t be back and I wouldn’t recommend the food here.

My girlfriend and I ordered a half and half thin crust pizza with bread sticks for pick up yesterday. Food was made on time and everything was so good and warm we ended up eating everything the second we got to my house. We also got 4 ranches and 1 pizza sauce unfortunately the pizza sauce was forgotten. Total was $28 after $5 coupon so yes it was a little pricey but you have to be willing to pay for good food.
Overall we had a good time eating everything. Will definitely order again in the future.
