This is da joint!! My guy turned me on to this place. I was gonna just smoke some Costco ribs on my big green egg but he talked me into it because it was his birthday. Came in and got 4 racks and 2 full chickens. Bruuuuuuh it was worth every last penny. Everyone at the house was raving about these damn ribs and sauce. I ain’t gonna ever be able to eat my Costco ribs without comparing it to the Jerkman BBQ. Now I’m pissed I gotta step my game up because the family is gonna come at me with pitchforks!!

The spot looks like it’s takeout only. The food was a decent portion for the price. The meat tasted marinated and tender. It was a bit on the salty side for my hypertension but not too bad. The service was quick pick up via online. Recommend if you’re craving BBQ with a caribbean twist.

Showed up to order, no one was at counter, then a lady came out to the front to the cashier area. I Said hello she didn’t respond, ignored me and walked back into the kitchen.
Waited 6 mins in the front before leaving as my time was being wasted,
Really wanted some jerk fries but I guess not today

The food was good with good portion sizes. I’m glad to have a location that is closer to me to grab lunch and get back to work. The wings was a good size. I will be back again and I told a coworker about them already. One thing I would say is for the cashier to let people know what is an additional charge and what’s not. Ex.ample, a small side of ranch is an additional charge. It’s not the same for every establishment so that should be known. Unless I missed a sign or something.

The jerk fries and lemon pepper wings at the Colonial location were the best I ever had My man drove all the way
from Lakeland to try it and it was definitely worth the drive. We will be back.

I gave it 3 stars bc i drove quite a ways only to get there & they said they ran out of meat &just put some on the grill and it would an hour wait. So I had to buy something that was more expensive & that I didn’t want so that the entire trip wasn’t wasted. I have had their food b4 & its good but this was my first time personally visiting the location

Ordered my food last week through uber never again. My Ubers drivers had to leave bc they were saying that they ran out of meat SMH. Took a horrible amount of time before I could get the food once it was delivered it was the wrong order I received!!

I waited over an hour and never received my food! I order on the website and ordered delivery. Jerkman is partnered with Uber eats and the delivery driver took my food. I contacted Uber eats but since I ordered on the website jerkman had to contact Uber eats for me to receive my refund. I don’t know if I spoke to the owner himself but I was told to send my confirmation number and I would receive my money back. After I sent him my info I never received anything back I can’t get a text back or a phone call answered. I advise you not to order delivery! What happened to me can happen to you!

I’ve ordered may 8,2025 around 6 from their website because they say it’s cheaper ( it’s definitely not) . Around 7 almost 8 the driver contacted me saying he can’t find the restaurant and the restaurant not picking up their phone. So I guided him ( their job not mines) how to get there. He arrives and tells me the restaurant is closed. I called jerkman himself and was told he was out of town he would refund me tomorrow. Waited and called the next day. He said he could either make my food but I’ll have to pick it up ( note I spent money for delivery) or he would refund me. I asked for refund. That was May 9,2025 today is now May 19 10days later and still haven’t received refund . Tried called but I get hung up on every time . It’s disappointing because I ordered them all the time on DoorDash with no issues.but their own website is fraud since I didn’t get food or a refund .
