I LOVE this place. Only place you can get jerk chicken and feel like your back in Jamaica. I requested this from my husband for my birthday lunch/dinner which was today and was not disappointed. The food is made to order, it takes some time to make but worth it to me.

Really slow. Takes an hour to get your order. They don’t answer their phone and if they do they say you can’t order over the phone for pickup and have to go in. Then you’re standing in line forever. It’s really annoying. Their food is good but we ended up starting to make our own oxtails vs waiting for theirs.

It’s not authentic Jamaican food. I was very unsatisfied. When I got home and tasted it, the food had no flavor. I threw the whole stew chicken platter in the trash. There flava wings has nothing but duck sauce on them, smh. This is a disgrace to Jamaica. Wait time is ridiculous.

The food is good. However the customer service is there worst I’ve ever experienced. The wait is ridiculous long. They take one order at a time when there is a long line and then prepared that food for like 10 to 15 minutes then they come out, the customer pays and then they take the next person. So if you can your food in your still waiting 40 mins just to get to the counter! They need a more professional attitude and strategy.
