So me and my husband drove over a hour to this place. We get there around 7pm. The service was horrible. It took almost 40 minutes for us to get 2 drinks. We ordered the food it came out like it was the last food that they were serving. They did not discount it. They were out of a lot of things. They gave me and my husband the scraps that were left. The waitress was running around like a chicken, with her head cut off everything we asked for it took her 20 minutes to bring. From the silverware to the jerk sauce. The tables were dirty.They just told you to seat yourself. I will never return back to this place. And I came all the way from Joliet, what a horrible place to eat at. And the bill, they extra overcharging, with twenty percent gratuity on a bill, where they were out of everything you wanted. With no accommodations. I will leave videos or pictures at the bottom.

I ate the most delicious jerk chicken dinner with flavorful macaroni & cheese and string beans. I had to have the beef patty and it came out warm from the kitchen. Highly recommend and I’ll come back if I’m ever in the neighborhood.

I’m in town from Las Vegas . Stopped by here because one of my customers who is a Chicagoan suggested going here. The vibe is really nice. The music is a bit loud but that’s okay because some of the people who come here come here for that party vibe be prepared to have to wait. Even though the place wasn’t packed, it took a minute for us to get our food. My friend enjoyed her jerked chicken. The beef patty was the best I’ve ever had. You could taste all of the different flavors inside of it. I got the curry chicken. That’s the first time I ever had curry chicken with no potatoes the sauce was not really thick. A little transparent the flavor was good. Cabbage was overcooked and soft the portion sizes on the rice and peas with some of the smallest I’ve ever received at a Jamaican restaurant. The shrimp tacos have diced shrimp, not whole shrimp. Rum punch was very delicious

I recently had a disappointing experience at your 22nd and Michigan location that I feel compelled to share. After a 15-minute wait to be seated, we waited an additional 10 to 15 minutes for our server to take our order. The wing dinner I ordered was unsatisfactory, with baby chick wings that were overcooked. The macaroni and cheese was also poorly prepared, being excessively salty. Unfortunately, my date’s half white chicken dinner was served cold. The poor service and food quality did not warrant the $10 gratuity that was added to our bill. I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to others due to the unacceptable service and food.

I’ve never been to the restaurant in person but I ordered delivery and my food was hot, fresh and full of flavor. I got the 3 piece jerk catfish with mac & cheese and steamed cabbage. Best meal I’ve had in a long time. I’ll defintely be back.

Passion was so nice and great to me. I came solo (from Florida visiting) And sat at the bar and wasn’t acknowledged by the guy behind the bar AT ALLLLL. He washed glass cups and took a phone calls while I sat without him greeting me. 4 ladies came to the bar after I was sitting there for atleast 5 minutes and was served 4 Don Julio shots and I immediately removed myself. I had to request a menu from a younger male with dreads and he was nice and gave it to me ,, I asked another young lady to take my order but she didn’t seem imtresredy at all. but PASSION SAVED THE NIGHT. She knew my concerns and assisted me for the rest of the night WITH A SMILE. She checked on me many times and had good knowledge of the menu. Even after the bartender noticed I changed my seat from his bar he never apologized or tried to make my experience better. But that’s life. I tipped well after receiving my to go box and passion was very appreciative and so was I.

Food was wonderful, the staff is friendly, and the music is great. Very laid back atmosphere. We had the mixed chicken plate that came with 2 sides. It was well seasoned and the portions are very generous. Our waitress, Fatima, was helpful, explaining the menu, gave a good recommendation and is very attentive.
