I’m not sure if there is a new owner but the quality has severely dropped and the price has increased. The chicken was dry and tough like old rotisserie chicken. The rice was pretty dry too, but not as bad as the chicken. Cabbage was still good.

Greeted upon arrival. Place was plain but very clean and neat. Ordered the jerk chicken (lg) white rice and cabbage. The chicken itself was very, vertically tender. However, the sauce they use is overly sweet and cinnamon. This took the taste away from the chicken. Note: Ask customer if they want the sauce on the side. Not enough gravy on white rice and the cabbage was bland. No festival either. Overall was just “ok!” Not sure if I’d return because I was expecting more flavor!

Been going here for a year and a half now during my lunch time. Everything is fresh and flavorful, the Jamaican patties are mines and my coworkers favorite. I always order the jerk chicken with ox tail sauce on my peas and rice, or the curry chicken with rice and peas.

The original owner is back. The jerk is smoked with pimento wood. He carefully made my plate with plenty of meat, little bones and just enough fat/skin. They are generous with the sauce/gravy. They some times have live music. But lunch is quick and home made if you need that during the day.

It’s a decent spot for authentic tasting Jamaican food. It’s probably one of the better tasting and more authentic patties in Florida interms of texture flakiness and taste, very authentic patties. The soups are devine, the jerk chicken is OK, it gets a pass, but I wouldn’t say it’s authentic tasting. It lacks the authentic smokie flavor by my standards, but it’s aight. Definitely give them a try.

We were craving curry tonight so we got the curry goat and curry chicken – both entrees were delicious and the food was ready quickly. We will definitely be back to try the jerk entrees since they’re so well reviewed.

OUTSTANDING!!! Authentic and amazing!! Truly the best Caribbean food I’ve ever eaten. I’m from out of state otherwise I’d eat here weekly!! I had jerk chicken, red beans and rice, cabbage and plantains. I will DEFINITELY be coming back every time I’m in town!! Plus the three ladies were SO NICE!!!

Was in the area for a dental appointment and decided to try this place for lunch and it did not disappoint. I had curry goat with rice and plantain, and it was absolutely delicious. Kind good service as well. Would definitely go back. Their curry is divine.

I was a little hesitant to order from here due to the reviews. But im glad i didn’t listen cause evrryones experiences differ. I ordered the large Oxtail (Large) and Goat Soup (manish water), and both were delicious. The food was fresh and still hot when delivered. Will definitely order again when coming thru Orlando.

No rice and peas, white rice made in a rice cooker and wasn’t done cooking. Rice was hard, chicken tasted like it was made on Monday and reheated to serve on Friday. For the upcharge for the Mac and cheese they should give more than what was giving in my order. Disappointed.
