I used to LOVE jerk machine! Now it’s gross!!Jerk Chicken is hard and dry and taste sweet with not much spicy flavor at all. Jerk pork is fatty and hard and dry and well. Rice and peas and the same. Food is so disgusting now. Very disappointed in this place. Will not be ordering here again!

I surprised my co-workers with breakfast this morning, and the office was dead silent (that’s an indication of how good the food was). Everyone praised their meal. I had a little of everything they had to offer (ackee & salt fish, callaloo, liver, banana, yam, dumplings) and WOW….If you haven’t tried their breakfast offerings, you’re missing a treat.

Used them for a catered event. They delivered to my place of work and I set up. Ordered 5lbs of the jerk pork. The pan did not feel like 5lbs so I questioned if it was the right amount. Yes, was the original answer but she offered to pick up chicken from somewhere. I assume she knew it was the wrong amount. My work has a scale and I had it weighed, 3lbs. I called her back and now she was saying it was the wrong amount. She did come back with 2 chickens from Boston Market and gave me my money back for the missing 2lbs, but if this is how they conduct their business it is very sad. Not only skimping on quantity but the quality of the 3lbs I did receive was half fat. Not crisped like my Jamaican friends said it should be. Very disappointed in this establishment. Would not recommend.

Jerk Machine food was served at the Lauderhill Chamber of Commerce Money Talks Networking Event at the Chateau Mar Golf Resort and was simply amazing. Everything I had was delicious, and very flavorful. I highly recommend trying it if you never had their food your palate is in for a treat

Hahahahaha let me tell you about jerk machine. Not only is the service great but the culture of the food is amazing. All the way down to the seasoning on the jerk chicken to the spicy jerk sauce will send goose bumps to your skin. I love the essence of the food and the vibe it gives. I’m not Jamaican but at this point I should say they are my second home because I feel connected after I eat here. Thank you again for you awesome service and food.

I have been going here for 30+ years and I must say that it’s not the same the food is poorly fixed and chicken and pork was dry no gravy on the rice items missing that I clearly ordered under Postmates (Uber eats) and I didn’t receive them in my order. Went to the location to state that I didn’t receive my items and was told by a little young girl with a bad attitude that I never ordered it when I still have proof of my order. I will no longer go to this location customer service is horrible. Thank you to the other worker for at least apologizing for messing up the order and correcting it by giving the missed items.
