I’ve been to Jerez before to watch games on the big screen it has a good atmosphere . Last night was the first time I’ve ordered food from there which I ordered to go. I don’t know if the waitress was new but it seemed like she wasn’t familiar with the menu and it was stressfull. I ordered some fried calamari and they told me they didn’t have calamari AFTER I had already paid with my card so I decided to get beans and chesse nachos as a replacement not caring about the price difference, to be honest I just wanted to leave so I could enjoy my food but Once we got home there was
NO forks, spoons or napkins in the bag.
I order the taco salad with grilled chicken and shrimp BUT I only got chicken Smh

Stopped by to grab a quick bite, I was the only guest in the whole restaurant, and was seated next to the table where all the employees were having personal conversations since there was nothing to do.. it’s new but could use some improvements on the quality of food. Free chips and salsa but the chips taste stale/ a little too overcooked and not warm at all… salsa is mild and tolerable but meat from tacos have no flavor. Only options for salsa were red & green.. my only favorite thing was the amount of pineapple I got on my al pastor taco it was amazing but I wish the meat had better taste to it, I wanted to enjoy this place but it might need some adjustments before I revisit

I visited this restaurant on Sunday with my husband and our 2-year-old. The food was fine, but I’m leaving this review because of an issue with the bill that I believe other customers should be aware of.
After paying, I noticed a “Large Party 4+ Fee (15%)” added to my check even though our party was only two adults and a toddler. When I asked, I was told it was a “mandatory gratuity.” The problem is that it is labeled as a fee, not a gratuity, and I was also asked if I wanted to leave an additional tip on the screen at checkout — which I did (10%). Had I not questioned it, we would’ve unknowingly tipped twice.
I was then told that to receive a refund they needed to write down my card information instead of reversing the transaction on the spot, which made me very uncomfortable.
I don’t mind tipping and tipping well — I always do. What I do mind is fees being added as “mandatory” and not clearly explained, especially when the receipt shows it as a fee and not a gratuity. A lot of customers may not notice, and it feels misleading.
I hope the restaurant updates the wording and communicates this policy clearly at the time of payment so customers can make an informed decision.

Market can stay. Restaurant has TO GO. I’ve been several times and was never pleased with the visit. Drinks are barely mid, food is decent at best, and music is always too loud. We came in and and sat down down for the buffet and the servers realized we didn’t speak Spanish so they just walked away and didn’t help us until we got our friend who speaks Spanish to come help us. We were under the impression that the buffet was $10 to be surprised at the end with a $70 bill for me and my fiancé. I’ve never paid that in my life for a buffet. The food was not it. We tried asking questions and couldn’t get any help because no one spoke English. I find it hard to believe everyone who was there paid $20 a person for that buffet.

Well the food is all dry and disappointing. It had no flavor nor taste to it. The coffee was way too sweet. The atmosphere was loud. I ended up getting a pizza after this. Very disappointed food.

This place was hot had no AC. The servers spent more time talking than they did serving. The food was absolutely trash and did not taste like authentic Spanish ingredients and spices. Everything was bland.

It looks like a nice place, but when you walk in you realize it’s not. The waitresses, with their arrogant attitude, treat you as if you were going to eat for free. The food is tasteless and the atmosphere is terrible, leaving a lot to be desired.
