Not sure why everybody is complaining saying it’s full of young people, it is! and they seemed very young because we’re getting frikin old!
Great bar with great staff. One of the best pints of Guinness in Chicago. Good old fashioned Chicago bar. Leave your top hat at home! Worth a visit for sure!

Horrible. Every single night swarmed with underage kids. Can’t even enjoy a night out with my husband or girl friends because of the amount of kids standing around being malicious. Glad the owners care more about the money they are getting from them instead of serving to the community and keeping the youth safe. DON’T GO IF YOU WANT TO HAVE AN ENJOYABLE NIGHT ! This bar needs to be put in check.

Owner kicked us out for???
We were having a great night buying drinks. I knocked over a glass from someone previous. All of a sudden a bouncer and the owner (older man white hair frail) were on top of us. I took blame and apologized. Owner didn’t care kicked me and people I’d don’t even know out. I asked the bounce the said he kicked us out just because. Sad to see such a great bar ruined by a Napoleon complex. Bouncer said at first it was because we’re underaged. I showed my ID (I’m of age) he admitted it was because the owner was bored and wanted randoms our for the thrill

Overall amazing bar and atmosphere. The bars is a south side bar at heart and you can tell the moment you set through the door. Nicky was amazing and can’t wait to go back!!

Great pub where the craic is good and the beer is cold, great for conversations with some new friends and the jukebox has a good variety of music. The dj nights are super fun too, one of my favorite bars for 20 years!
