I went today for the first time and hands down it was the most delicious Italian ice I’ve ever had. They have so much variety and everything we got was delicious! I will say, Charlie the cashier is amazing. He was working literally by himself both drive thru and the front. He was working alone and I could only imagine how overwhelmed he felt with a line in the front and cars in drive thru, but he was so patient, so kinda and he literally made my whole experience a wonderful one. Will be returning and I do hope Charlie gets a raise and some more help. Hands down 10/10

So we got coupons for Jeremiah’s Italian Ice and decided to give it a try. We were already busy beforehand and didn’t have time to look at the menu, which should not be an issue at a place that literally exists to serve customers.
I took my little sister with me, and from the moment we walked in, the staff was rude. No greeting, no smile, nothing. One specific employee I don’t know her name, but her photo appears in other reviews on here, she kept making rude facial expressions while we were asking simple questions about the menu and their best items. Her tone was dismissive, unhelpful, and honestly uncomfortable. Most of the time, we were met with rude stares instead of actual answers. The energy was so draining that it felt like we were inconveniencing her just by being there.
My little sister forgot to hand over the coupons, and I realized literally seconds after paying. I completely understand that many places don’t do refunds, especially when it comes to food but that’s not the issue. The issue is how it was handled. She gave me a nasty look, called her manager over, and the manager was no better. No smile, no “sorry about that,” no “thank you,” no “enjoy your order.” Just a flat, cold “we don’t do refunds,” followed by both of them staring at us. Extremely unprofessional and ugly behavior from the staff.
The overall vibe was that they hated customers and wished they were getting paid to just stand there. As if customers walking into the shop are a burden. If you hate interacting with people this much, customer service is not the job for you. Basic courtesy literally costs nothing.

The number one thing I love about this place is that the Italian ice actually tastes like fruit instead of chemicals. Great variety of flavors and adding the ice cream to it really ups the game. Only critique is there were only 2 girls working both drive through and inside on a Sunday afternoon, but they got our order out fast and were very polite. Definitely will be back!

Tasty ice cream! I absolutely love it! The flavors are so refreshing and delicious, and they even offer free samples so you can try before you pick. Such a fun and yummy experience—definitely coming back!

The bahama freeze was our favorite but lately have noticed white balls of what may be coconut…it’s not like it used to be. It was giving foam balls…stressed me out at first sight. Even had texture. I remember when I first had it, it was smooth with no issues. Not sure if the recipe changed.

We visited Jeremiah’s Italian Ice of Aliana in Richmond for the second time. So yes, it’s cold outside, but so worth the visit. First, get ready for excellent customer service. Connie is fantastic. You choose between delicious Italian Ice or Soft Ice Cream or take them both with the Gelati option. I went with the Cookies & Cream Gelati (twice). Jeremiah’s is a great option to satisfy your sweet tooth.
