We had a great experience at Jeremiah’s. The italian ice was so refreshing and delicious, especially with the vanilla ice cream. We tried an oreo mudpie, a strawberry shortcake and a mix with pina coloda, coconut and mango italian ice with vanilla ice cream. Customer service was excellent as well. Jonathon was a wonderful host and recommended a great mix for me. He was very professional, patient and accomodating. My own was like a refreshing treat in the Bahamas while at the beach. I would definitely recommend any of our choices and the venue.

I normally don’t leave reviews like this, but I feel it’s important feedback for management. My family and I love Jeremiah’s, and it’s always been a great environment for kids and parents alike.
My husband is usually the one who picks up our orders, and he’s mentioned a few times that the attire of some employees felt inappropriate for a family-oriented place. I hadn’t seen it myself until this visit, and now I fully understand his concern. When the employee bent over, nothing was left to the imagination. I’m by no means a prude, but even if she were older, this level of exposure would feel out of place in any workplace—especially one geared toward families.
This isn’t about the product, which is always great, but about maintaining a professional environment where all customers feel comfortable. I hope management can address dress code expectations to ensure the atmosphere stays welcoming for everyone.

Audrey should have better manners and be more polite when working with customers. I forgot to ask for additional sprinkles for my little one, and she gave me an attitude when I asked for them. I’m sorry, but if I’m coming to get ice cream, the last thing I expect to receive is bad behavior when I politely ask for something.

In a world of high prices, you get your money’s worth without selling a kidney for a good size cup of great Italian ice and soft serve! If I could have it daily I would, though my blood sugar levels might not appreciate it. Chocolate ice and horchata ice with vanilla soft serve is a must try.

I’ve been here a few times now, and the quality/service is always excellent. The servings always look as good as the photos, and the workers are always super kind!
The only reason why I dock 4 stars is because the music playing in the store is so absurdly loud. I could barely hear the workers when I go up to order. It’s to the point where I feel bad for those teens’ hearing.
Other than that, this is an excellent Jeremiah’s. I’ve never had a bad order here!

We had such a great experience with Irving at the peewee football game today! He was selling Jeremiah’s ice cream treats and made the whole interaction fun and enjoyable. His friendly attitude and welcoming smile instantly stood out and made us feel like valued customers.

We stopped here for a treat with our kids. Unfortunately, while the ice was good as always, the staff was very rude. Service was definitely not the best. Even our younger kids felt unwelcome.
