This place is amazing! Free tastes before you buy help make a difficult decision easier. Everything is so good!! It’s my new favorite dessert spot on the run. I wish I had taken a picture of the very generous portions.

Did a combo of sour apple, salted caramel and black raspberry nice. Amazing flavor and the size was very big. Ordered a medium and it was too much to eat. Would highly recommend, especially coming up with different mixes.

This is honestly one of the best Italian ice/ice cream places I’ve been to. Me and my family absolutely love this place. I have never met a rude employee, they are all so sweet and amazing. The customer service is top tier and couldn’t any be better. There is one employee who really stands out to me though. His name is Noah. Every time I come in he makes me feel so welcomed and he always makes me smile when I need it most. I definitely recommend this place!!

Stopped by because I had a supposedly “free” birthday treat from a promotion email. Turns out if you pick out something from their highlighted menu, the toppings will cost you extra. Having said that, the flavor is delicious and they have some unique combinations. I love the outdoor seating area and the option of the drive-thru.

We love Jeremiah’s! It’s such a fun, cute spot for the kids. I’m especially happy about the new Tadpole size—the small was always a bit too much for us, so these are perfect. I placed a pickup order through the app, and while there was a small mix-up (received vanilla instead of chocolate for my son), the girl at the window was so incredibly sweet that I couldn’t even be mad!
I also noticed they might have renamed my favorite ‘Animal Cookie’ flavor to ‘Cupcake’ (or it’s a very similar, delicious recipe). Either way, it was a hit. Giving 4 stars only because of the flavor swap, but we’ll definitely be back!

First time at what I now know is a chain, just not near me. Really awesome customer service by the younger gentleman at the front counter. I got the vibe that this whole establishment is good to it’s employees 🙂

When I tell you, this is my favorite place to go for desserts me and my kids love it! The Customer Service is top-tier everybody who works there is freaking amazing but there’s one person that stands out. His name is Noah. He goes above and beyond!! he always makes me feel special every time I come in he’s very kind and just an all out amazing soul. Please give that man a raise.!!!!

Our family of eight arrived after closing time, thinking the shop was still open until 11. Tyler, Lorenzo, and the team kindly stayed late to serve us and even offered helpful recommendations since it was our first visit. We had a wonderful time celebrating our daughter’s birthday, and everyone loved their ice cream choices. The customer service was outstanding, and the ice cream was just as amazing. We’re so grateful for the experience and will definitely be back!
