Jeremiah’s Italian Ice: Our New Favorite Find!
What a super find! We were actually on our way to Starbucks, but we spotted an A frame sign advertising their ice cream and gelato pumpkin special. We decided to take a chance and try it instead, and wow, are we glad we did! This place is fantastic.
The moment we walked in, we noticed how spotless and clean the entire shop looked. Since it was our first time visiting, we really appreciated the help from our server, Elyssa. She was so good and took the time to explain everything in detail.
We went for the seasonal treats, and they did not disappoint. I had the Pumpkin Crumble and my friend tried the Grasshopper. They were both excellent! This place is definitely worth stopping for. Forget the coffee shop, we’ve found our new favorite dessert obsession!

I should’ve read reviews before going…
For a dessert place, this was a pretty cold experience. Gelato was fine but forgettable. Service was worse. Not even a “hi” when we walked in. No warmth, no customer care. If you’re going to sell something meant to make people happy, at least act like you want customers there.
We like to support small businesses in the area, but this one disappointed.

Best place ever! Hard to decide on which delicious one to order. Special shout out to Lyssa tonight for making the best treats for our party of 9. She was working alone and it got very busy, fast, and she worked hard to make every order just right. She remained calm and friendly, despite a very long line of people. Jeremiah’s is lucky to have her working there!

… The place needs management… They send people away… Rude… No one was at the counter for 5 mins… Thought they closed… Three people walked out because they didn’t want to wait. I feel for the owners…. It’s unfortunate they probably don’t know what is happening…. Basically understaffed…

I have been to their location in Atlanta and this one didn’t disappoint. The icing on the cake was the guy that served us. He appeared to have been doing his job for years but told us only 3 months…he was so quick and good. He made the experience very pleasant. The flavors we chose were outstanding….I had the strawberry shortcake.

Have been twice and both times the place had a funny smell and didn’t look clean. Also, both times the customer service was lacking – very unfriendly (no greeting and acted as if customers were a bother) and unprofessional (argued with each other) staff. Finally, I have several allergies – one time the worker showed me the ingredient/allergen list, and the other time the worker told me it was secret, which is so odd. The Italian ice itself was good with fair pricing – which is why I didn’t give it one star.

We had such a great experience at Jeremiah. Nevaeh was especially helpful and didn’t rush me when I was deciding on flavors (and I took my time!) and she even offered a pup cup for my dog. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect!
