Went at 8:30 more than enough time before close. Short, dark haired, blue eyed girl (assuming was the shift lead) took our order with a very short attitude. She then started reprimanding her coworkers. The other cashier was very nice. We added a pup cup at the window and the shift lead started yelling and controlling them telling them they were messing up peoples orders. We clarified that they were not and all we did was add a pup cup. She rolled her eyes at us and uttered “Jesus” and “some other profanity” under her breath. The cashier apologized to us and said she was sorry. Either stop understaffing your servers or pay them more. Ice cream was fire but the mean girl bully energy coming from ms. Maam was not. Sorry to all her coworkers.

Awesome! I got a mix of Italian ice and I’ve cream and it was delicious. Lots of different sizes and if you go to the one near the beach it has a beautiful setting. There is a wall sized mural inside a garage looking building, the workers are nice and there is nothing I would change!

My experience at this location was extremely disappointing. I arrived at the drive-thru and waited almost 30 minutes to be served. When I finally placed my order, I specifically asked for two ice creams with no lids and no bag. Instead, I was given the opposite: both ice creams in a bag, with lids, and even in the wrong size.
When I went back to ask for a correction, the employee reacted rudely by throwing the ice creams in the trash with clear frustration. After repeating my order, they still asked me again if I wanted lids (even though I had already specified). When they handed me the order, they shut the window in a very rude manner.
To make matters worse, one of the ice cream flavors was still incorrect. When I pointed it out, the employees just looked at each other and suggested a refund, when all I wanted was the correct ice cream. I finally mentioned that three mistakes in one single order is unacceptable. The employee responded sarcastically and slammed the door of the shop.
In summary, the service was slow, unprofessional, and very disrespectful toward the customer. I will not be returning to this location, and I do not recommend it to anyone who expects polite and professional service.

I love this little place! Italian ice and soft serve ice cream, gelato. Massive amounts of flavors to choose from, if you’re like me, you’ll have a hard time choosing just one! You can have straight ice or layer it with soft serve. Homemade daily with seasonal flavors and a few standards. Rewards program for frequent froggers. Seasonal and monthly specials usually available. Very reasonable pricing. And I can’t say enough about the friendly staff. Make sure to ask for samples, they are freely doled out. Cleaning is evident and frequent sanitation was observed on my most recent visit. Drive thru available (but I enjoy walking up to the order window. Plenty of outside seating. Great place to take a date after dinner or a movie.

The variety of flavors was amazing, and every single one was a hit. The staff was friendly and efficient, making sure we had everything we needed. I’ve been there several times and I’ll ask for swirl or 2 ice flavors and they will never honor either. I’ll open it after I get home and it’s all vanilla and one flavor .

The ice cream was vey good. I had the vanilla, chocolate and coconut and it was better than what I expected. The chocolate had some chocolate pieces in it and it made it taste even better. When you buy the medium you can choose up to 3 flavors so I did .
If you are thinking of going with family or a group of friends and you are paying, I bought 3 medium and it was $16.68 plus tip. The medium was fulling so next time I go I’ll probably buy the small one.

I’ve been going to this location for years. They had special flavors on the menu today and, even in a small gelati, blended chocolate and vanilla ice cream and layered two flavors of ice. Total for two people was under $4! Highly recommend the rewards app!
